Ditto.   I picked up the phone within a minute of the notification but nothing in the Available Survey section.

I got it, I guess it just depends if they are running it in your area/have outstanding vacancies. I've had countless emails/app notifications only to find nothing when I've clicked through instantly.

@Money_Grabber13579 Yes, it was a competition prize which I received. Not from Kantar, as I originally thought.

Received a pile of items today, including a test item completely unsealed (the backing on the large white envelope is still on the seal).

Fairly obvious error really but I won’t report to Kantar…..

Has anyone had a huge increase of cubes to send? I've not had any cubes for quite a while, but just for the next 2 weeks I have:

* 2 this week (post office) - plus 3 other items
* 3 next week (2 x post office, 1 x stamped - different days) - plus 2 other items

I only usually have 2 or 3 items per week, but increasing it to 5 with the added post office trips is taking the biscuit?!

I usually receive hardly any cubes to send.

However, last week I had a cube, and next week a labelled cube and medium parcel to be placed in a bag and taken to the Post Office.

Also, a couple of letters each week.

Yes I had 2 in a sack last week and I have 2 medium parcels to go in a sack next week. 
the medium parcels are a pain especially 2 of them. I can get the 2 cubes  in a large carrier bag for my walk to the post office. There is no way I will get the medium parcels in so I will have to carry the sack which is falling apart and full of holes.

I have agreed to stay on until the end of March instead of finishing January but if this keeps up I will tell them I am not doing it. If they are not happy with that I will tell them I am ending my participation.
