How do you know when your stint with Kantar is done?
I posted my last item last week, had 2 items arrive in the post this week. On my dashboard, there are no items to post listed at all, no RFIDs to return (I have 3 at home atm and no return envelopes). No message about end date or anything else. First time doing this so no idea how it's supposed to work. Had a final set of stamps + a presentation pack of stamps couple of weeks ago. Are they waiting for me to return the remaining RFID or will they ask for them when they're ready? It would be nice to have some sort of communication/instructions of what I'm supposed to do now... Also, no contact from the new company taking over yet. Thanks.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I want to use my accumulated reward points. Previously I exhanged the points for Love to Shop rewards code which I then converted into a Sainsbury evoucher to spend in the shop. Does anyone know where I can find a list of the places that accept Love2Shop codes please or if you know I can still convert to Sainsbury. Thanks.

I have 2 RFIDs to return but I've run out of Return envelopes. I requested some a couple of weeks ago but they haven't arrived yet.
The problem is that I am going on holiday shortly and I won't be back for 2 weeks. I wonder what would happen if I returned them in an ordinary envelope? Or sent them separately in 2 envelopes? Is this a bad idea? Any thoughts please?
I could have hung onto them until I get home but foolishly I marked them as 'Returned' and then realised I didn't have the stationery :0(
I've tried ringing Kantar but I keep getting the answerphone.0 -
Wait till you get back. I’ve marked as returned then they’ve sat in my car for a couple of weeks. No one’s ever contacted me to ask why the delay, so I shouldn’t worry about it.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Thank you, much appreciated.0

The list didn't show sainsburys but I selected a Love to shop reward code and at love2shoprewards site, I was able to use the reward code to buy a Sainsbury e gift card. This is a list of what I saw today https://www.l2sdigital.co.uk/where-to-spend.php0

Message from Kantar today:
The industrial action affecting postal services in the UK is due to escalate in November with a further 19 days of strikes announced. This will have a significant impact upon the collection and delivery of survey items and so we need to make a few changes to ensure we can continue to fulfil our targets during this period.
From 24th October until further notice, RFIDs are being removed from all 2nd class items (stamped and franked) and from all Channel Islands items. So when you have a 2nd Class item to post from this date, please do not enclose a RFID. Your online posting plan will confirm this. Go with your online plan even if your printed plan still says ‘add RFID’ - you just need to select ‘None’ when confirming the item’s RFID. 2nd Class items remain an important part of our measurement so please continue to send and record these as usual.
You will start receiving more survey items without a RFID. You can record this when you do your data entry. You should still have enough RFIDs for all your 1st Class items.
If we ask you to return RFIDs, please do so as soon as possible. This will help us create and despatch the next RFID allocation on time.
OK.... and same day it asks me to return two of the RFIDs that came in my last posting pack. Looking at the plan all of the items are 1st class - one letter and two cubes. I think I might wait 24 hours to see if the online plan changes...I need to think of something new here...0 -
Seems RFID envelopes are not getting through as they said. Supposed to get 2 every other week but lucky to get one. Maybe they have given some to Spectos to use.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein0
