Is everyone else that has points ending with ..50 (e.g. 550 points) just letting the 50 points lapse? Must have got them from the days of getting 350 points for posting a cube. ThanksAgain in contrast to others posting, I seem to be getting return RFID envelopes with every posting pack. I am currently sitting with 7 even with having been asked each week to return RFID's at least once.I'm also getting at least 1 Cube a week.0

Perhaps that’s because I tend to be a bit lax at returning RFIDs when requested - if they ask for them back, I tend to use those ones for the next mailing, so as to try and minimise the amount I have to send back and also the amount of new RFIDs they have to send me to replace those I’ve just sent back.
I was asked for 2 of 3 RFIDs to go back last week. I waited 24 hours to see what has happening and sent them back Saturday. So when I did my usual Sunday morning packing session for this week's outgoing items I had 1 RFID for 3 items. I took the best guess and put the RFID in the Small White and made up 2 cubes with no RFID - on the basis that they were in a sack which would be scanned in.
Today - 3 incoming test items arrive with 3 RFIDs! None of which were appearing in the RFID list as "on their way" - which would have helped as I could then have not sealed the cubes until the last minute. And these items were postmarked 17th and 19th Oct.
I know strikes are messing things up but looks like the Kantar system isn't up to date either.
I need to think of something new here...1 -
The "on their way" in the RFID listing is for RFIDs coming directly from Kantar. You shouldn't prepare postings if you don't have the RFIDs.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein0

Had a good one today, got a letter in a reused envelope. The stamp on it was a Jersey one. The sender just stuck my address label over one that had been sent to her. She used a couple of blank labels over the orange barcode thing that the PO prints on the envelope. I peeled back the label and I have her name and address. Should I report her to Kantar as I think she is cheating?GONE ENGLAND0

Whether you should report to Kantar is up to you. At the end of the day the survey results won't be effected as Royal Mail procedures and operations on the item were unchanged. So who has gained and who has lost.
The sender gained an envelope and a stamp. Kantar were supplying the envelope and stamp in any case. Royal Mail lost out on the cost of the postage if the stamp was a re-used one.
You could report, as the sender was clearly in the wrong and guilty of petty theft. Or you may consider that the seller could have been desperate in order to do something so petty for so little gain, won't be able to repeat it from Kantar in the short term and from Royal Mail in the longer term once bar coded stamps are introduced and not bother to report.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Kantar want my RFIDs back again... Of the 3 that arrived Monday with incoming items; they now want 2 back. I have 3 items in the queue for 1st week November, all with RFIDs. So will Kantar send me more (and will they get here in time) or will I get more incoming later this week (ditto)? I'd been used to prepping for the week ahead on a Sunday morning, but now I suppose I have to leave it part-done until the night before posting.I need to think of something new here...0

You could take picture/scan of the envelope and inform Kantar but would they take action? Maybe if they got multiple reports.I need to think of something new here...0 -
