Should I report her to Kantar as I think she is cheating?
It does seem a long-winded way to acquire and extra stamped envelope - from someone who gets loads of free stamps every month.

You could take picture/scan of the envelope and inform Kantar but would they take action?  Maybe if they got multiple reports.
Royal Mail lost nothing. Jersey Post did. I always wondered how they handled the Channel Islands. Must have a stock of stamps. Only ever sent one to Jersey in 6 months.

I think I've seen 1 or 2 - and one inbound.   Presumably the stats collected need to include CI so Kantar need to have a stock form Jersey Post as well.   Is Isle of Man in the scheme too I wonder?

If you use the RFIDs to prepare the items, they will disappear from the RFIDs to return and appear in the section for awaiting posting. The request to return them will disappear overnight.
That's a tempting solution - then Kantar will request them from the person I sent them to (once they report arrival).

I also received my posting pack, December incentive stamps were enclosed.
Mine arrived Thursday (27th).   So we might get the Christmas bonus stamp booklet in late November.   The designs can be seen here: http://commonwealthstampsopinion.blogspot.com/2022/10/2183-royal-mail-and-alderney-christmas.html  and available to buy next week.

I've noticed Kantar are now saying not to put RFIDs in second class items due to the postal strikes.  Don't know about anyone else but I hardly ever have any second class items to post anyway.

As for returning RFIDs - if I need them for items I am going to post then I use what I have rather than returning them.  They then disappear off the returns list. I am not having my posting schedule upset by Kantar's inability to control the RFID stock properly.

I think I've only ever had a few 2nd class items. Strangely enough I got one in this week's posting pack.

I'm not sure why Kantar can't produce more RFIDs so they're not short and there's less of this toing and froing

  • I got a message today inviting me to stay on the panel until the end of March 2023. I was due to come off in the New Year, so i accepted.

I presume this is because they don't want people starting again for just a month or two before the contract ends with Royal Mail.

@simon8368 I also received this message, and agreed to stay on.
  • My current stint finished last week, so I won't get on again I guess
