I don't think Spectos are limiting based on location. I'm in Wigan, but have test items for Edinburgh and Boston.

I also haven't heard anything about incentives - has anyone reached out to Spectos about that?

You get points for each item posted/received so I wouldn't be surprised if there are no stamps.

I suspect we are, at present, on a test run. Just warming up for the main event. Doubt if many of us are involved.

Yeah, if we get the stamps and presentation packs in addition to the points then Spectos actually reward you more than Kantar - although that depends on whether parcels will still be paid at equivalent of £2/trip.

Yep, and for each 6 month stint with Kantar, we should have got 8 sets of stamp books (1 per month and 1 each at the start and end) whereas now it would seem like we might just get 6 sets.

I had 2 or 3 of those over 6 or 7 years - but none since I re-joined in 2020.

I've emailed Spectos 'support' 4 times now, no support whatsoever! I've had various problems - points not registering, post box not recognised, general question. No replies or acknowledgment. It does say on the letter that came with my test items that they may contact via the app, but I can't find anywhere to look for messages. 

Has anyone had any actual contact with Spectos?

 (And no stamps!)
