The T&C say:

5.2 Each swap out form you submit will be deemed to be a separate offer by you to swap out your non-barcoded stamps for an equivalent value of barcoded stamps in accordance with these terms.

So as long as you use a fresh form, it should be OK.

Last posting pack arrived today.  One letter to go on Maundy Thursday.   FA Cup Presentation Pack plus standard set of booklets (new barcoded ones) plus the box of Mini Eggs.  Nice bonus to finish.

If you haven't yet downloaded/printed a Swap Out form...  I used the link (https://www.royalmail.com/sending/barcoded-stamps just about halfway down) to request one.  Arrived in post next day including a pre-printed Freepost envelope to use.

I'll sort it tomorrow and send off.  Response time will be announced here...

I have sent mine off today. I have over £200 worth so had to send them special delivery cost me £7.65. I know they will reimburse me the amount in stamps but do not really want anymore stamps. I rarely use them and give most of them away to family and friends. I carry on doing the survey because I quite enjoy it and it gives me a reason to go out. Not very happy about the £7.65 coming out of my pocket

Bit late now but could you have sent them in batches up to the freepost amount instead of them altogether?

I did consider that but even though I have got  a lot (28 books of 1st class & 18 books of large 1st class) 
i  would have sent 4 at a time I would still be annoyed if any went missing.

Have just sold my supply of large letter stamps on Ebay. 

They sold within 5 minutes of listing.
