The phone idea is good, but as I don't look at it all the time then that is a no-no.I just write in the supplied diary - the name, where to post and time. Have all the envelopes/boxes all filled in etc and popped into a box in order of posting. Then tick it off when completed. Simple enough for meI keep the diary next to my keyboard so I can definitely look at it daily. This also means DH looks in it as well and asks if I want anything posting..... Bonus.2

Got my first assignment. I have 2 if these Rfids a cardboard one and another with like a battery microchip thing. I have 2 items to post on Tuesday before final collection. I don't have anything on the app yet. I have a jiffy bag with cardboard thing inside and plain white envelope. When I get something on the app will it explain a bit more. Does it matter which RFID goes in which postal item. Sorry for all these questions. Just excited to get started. Thanks0

It doesn't matter which RIFD you choose to put in either item as long as you're careful to go to the Preparation section and select a specific RIFD to allocate to each item you're mailing.
In the early days you won't have many RIFD's to select from but as the survey progresses and you receive one in each item you receive your stock of them will build up.
It's important then to ensure you select one from your list of RIDFs in stock and click the box to show it's been allocated to each specific item you're mailing. You will then see that RIFD code appear on the little box representing your item to post.
I've found I've sometimes had to wait until almost the week-end before the next week's posting items appear.
You say you have 2 items to post on Tuesday before the final collection. Many post boxes only have one collection a day now anyway so they could both be posted at the same time.2 -

ThanksAll the information you need is on the survey guides on the website - I say website because I can’t access them on my phone app. Give a shout here if you get stuck. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.2 -

I'm back on the panel. I was uncertain about it after hearing all the grief here about apps and sacks and whatever but I got an e-mail invite and decided to give them another try.
I'm working from home; so no big issue with parcels arriving, the PO is a short walk away so I can nip out at lunchtime or end of day. Should be easier than when I was onboard previously.
I'm told to expect my first posting pack (2 training items) next week so lets see what happens.
It's slowly become more and more work whilst the 'pay' has remained quite stagnant really. By next year they will be expecting us to start to deliver people's mail too, at this rate.
Now there is more hassle with sacks, less compensation as it is per sack not per parcel and no mark up on postage reimbursement. More work for less money, coupled with longer queues at local POs and staff who are less experienced with sacks.
Definitely more work and less reward as the years go on.1 -

"It looks like you have declined or not responded to 5consecutive invitations to take part in the Royal Mail Survey. We have therefore removed you from the posting panel.
This is an automatic process which doesn’t take into account reasons why you may have been unavailable. So if you would still like to take part in our postal surveys please get in touch.
If you have any outstanding rewards points, you can still redeem them from your account for 60 days.
We’d like to thank you for being part of our postal panel."
I have not received any messages from them about re-joining & this is the first time anything like this has happened in the many years I have been doing the survey.
In the past I have always received an email. Does anyone know if they have altered their method? I have been doing UM surveys each month for the last year & am currently on one now but they obviously don't have a joined up system, which is not surprising.
We can confirm that you were taken off the Royal Mail Survey panel for not responding to five consecutive postal survey invitations.
This is an automated process triggered by our need to obtain consistent survey information in your postcode area, and unfortunately it can’t take individual circumstances into account.
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to reinstate your account back onto the panel. If you are completing any Correctly Delivered or Unaddressed Mail surveys then please carry on doing so until the survey finishes. We will of course send the points for these surveys as normal 2-3 weeks after completion.
If you would like to take part again, please register your details using the below link and we’ll be in touch when a space becomes available. Please note - you’ll need to use a different email address.

So this is automated only ,as I told , truthfully, that I had never received any messages from them but that I wanted to continue. So much for loyalty as I can't remember how many years I have done these surveys including doing double periods when they were short of members here. Luckily I still have plenty of stamps but will miss the points from the UMS & CDS surveys. I still haven't received an e-voucher I ordered over a week ago but will chase up about that.
I suspect they have received lots of new members so anyone else waiting to return don't be surprised if they dump you. At least I don't have to worry about the reduced payment that is now happening for some activity.
Good luck everyone & hope they become more efficient than in the past.

Of course we,re not allowed to know who other local panelists are but I,d love to know who are the ones near me. They,re obviously individuals with whom I can,t compete, living on their mobile phones and messaging systems 24/7 because generallly the. Invitations seem to be snapped up within seconds of being sent,
