If you have done the correctly delivered survey, can I ask - is this test post that you get (Because there's a lot of reference to parcels and delivered/left outside) in the information or is simply the case that the survey is based on personal post you receive? Thanks. It is for your personal mail but excludes some items(Please include the count of only correctly delivered mail, do not include any Tracked, Special Delivery or RM 24/48 items or Royal Mail survey items.)
Thank you ! big smiley face

I've just received the following message from Kantar
"It looks like you have declined or not responded to 5consecutive invitations to take part in the Royal Mail Survey. We have therefore removed you from the posting panel.
This is an automatic process which doesn’t take into account reasons why you may have been unavailable. So if you would still like to take part in our postal surveys please get in touch.
If you have any outstanding rewards points, you can still redeem them from your account for 60 days.
We’d like to thank you for being part of our postal panel."
I have not received any messages from them about re-joining & this is the first time anything like this has happened in the many years I have been doing the survey.
In the past I have always received an email. Does anyone know if they have altered their method? I have been doing UM surveys each month for the last year & am currently on one now but they obviously don't have a joined up system, which is not surprising.

Are you going to contact them to let them know you are willing to undertake the main survey again?1 -
Sorry if it's already been asked - what is the value of stamps in the presentation packs and what denominations, also is the value the same in them all? Thank you.
Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time0 -

I'm back on the panel. I was uncertain about it after hearing all the grief here about apps and sacks and whatever but I got an e-mail invite and decided to give them another try.
I'm working from home; so no big issue with parcels arriving, the PO is a short walk away so I can nip out at lunchtime or end of day. Should be easier than when I was onboard previously.
I'm told to expect my first posting pack (2 training items) next week so lets see what happens.
It's slowly become more and more work whilst the 'pay' has remained quite stagnant really. By next year they will be expecting us to start to deliver people's mail too, at this rate.0 -
I have just been accepted. Just had a welcome email. Any advice or tips so that I don't make a bodge up.1

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.2
