Somebody on here usually comments when they receive their stamps so I keep an eye out until mine arrives.
I also watch that I have received my rewards for correctly delivered and posting parcels.

Do you think it's always a genuine oversight, or maybe they deliberately don't send, hoping you don't notice them missing?3

I suspect the packing and assembling of all these posting packs and the envelopes is contracted out to a sub organisation with staff on minimum wage somewhere so regular labour & staff who know the routine may be in short supply.3

Had a phone call from a lady at Kantar today asking if I wanted to do an upcoming unaddressed survey. I said yes, she thanked me, said she'd add me to the list and that was it!
