I've had an issue with resolving queries because the confirm button won't submit.
Message this morning to say it's been resolved and I can answer the queries as normal. Except I can't because it's still not working. Anyone else having difficulty?

@elsien Luckily so far, had no queries to answer.  Have you tried using both the app and a PC?  Sometimes if one doesn't work, the other might.

November incentive stamps have arrived today.

Just realised I have not received my stamps for September yet, it looks like some of you are getting your October ones already so I had better send a message and chase that up. Thanks for the reminder

I tried to chase missing stamps up a couple of days ago and received an email reply saying it's a little too early to deem September stamps missing just yet, and I've to wait until the end of September to see if they arrive.

I don't know what to make of that, as some folk have already received their October ones.

I've just received November stamps in this morning's post, can't make any sense of this at all.

Yes , got my November stamps today.
Believe it will be our Christmas stamps along with our usual set next month .🎄

Hello all and hope you are all having a nice saturday.  If you have done the correctly delivered survey, can I ask - is this test post that you get (Because there's a lot of reference to parcels and delivered/left outside) in the information or is simply the case that the survey is based on personal post you receive?  Thanks.

It is for your personal mail but excludes some items

(Please include the count of only correctly delivered mail, do not include any Tracked, Special Delivery or RM 24/48 items or Royal Mail survey items.)

Well I just got my November stamps but I am still waiting for September and now October. They are not very organised are they
