Yes, I keep checking my messages on the website, nothing is there. The strangest thing is I emailed them and asked if I had been removed, their reply was No, you're still on the main panel. But I haven't had any incoming mail to record for 3 weeks. Yes I get one now every time I visit the website - I am also due to start again in a few days time. Currently clicking Ask Me Again but think once I start properly I will need to say yes to parcels - I think they will start removing people who continue to not be able to post parcels, just like people who cannot use the app to log their postings. I think its seriously shortsighted on behalf of TNS/Kantar as more and more people seem to be leaving the survey - its really not worth what they pay us for when you think about it

The main survey certainly isn’t worth the money compared to the undelivered surveys etc. Parcel posting is definitely not worth the effort involved now they have effectively halved the rate.
I guess they hope people will do it just to help provide accurate statistics rather than for the money.
if it were possible to only do the odd correctly delivered survey and not the main panel that is what I would opt for. I seem to be half way there having been off the main survey since March and not called back yet.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I love the six month (approx) rest period each year - just doing correctly delivered and unaddressed mail surveys is much easier, not to mention better pay. Unfortunately its not possible just to do those without doing a stint on the main panel every year - just glad the main survey is not all year long, I would have ditched it long ago if that was the case.

I had an item to post today. I checked I had the correct date and time of day. The only problem was they had the item going to a different name and address to the one on the envelope. So I just posted what I had. I was going to contact them but when I last queried something the advisor seemed very sharp with me. So once bitten twice shy.
Anyway the good news is I am coming to the end of the 6 month period and will certainly enjoy the break. One thing I was surprised to note in my current period I only had 2 Cubes and 1 parcel to post.2 -

I definitely did not make any mistake.Always follow what you find on your online account, even if it disagrees with your printed sending plan. The online version is more up to date and if there is a difference it is usually because something changed after we had already sent you the pack with the printed plan.
