Yes, I was told that:LittleVoice said:And have you noticed that there are no boxes to enter delivery of Unaddressed items received on Saturdays and Sundays?
----
If the item you receive over the weekend is pictured on your account, you can record it by selecting the correct date. There is no need to record the other items / total amount of items received on a Saturday or Sunday.----
I suspect that Royal Mail are getting ready to switch to delivering letters only on weekdays.
A bit like that new parcel bags though, I'm thinking the new unaddressed mail survey is not worth it any more - a lot more work for no increase in incentives3 -

Has anyone had problems posting the parcels? I did a sack a couple of weeks ago no problem, but I've tried to post one today at the same PO and they've refused to accept it because the date on the manifest is not today's date, it's dated April which is when I received the posting pack (today is the scheduled posting date). They showed me a letter from RM saying that PPI parcels shouldn't be accepted without the correct date on it. I've messaged Kantar about it."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee6

I will be interested to know their reply if any, I have a sack to take to the post office next week and I noticed the manifest is dated April.jwil said:Has anyone had problems posting the parcels? I had the same problem, at the beginning of April, my PO refused a labelled parcel as the manifest was dated March! I didn't know what to do, so put it in my local parcel box. Then messaged Kantar who told me I shouldn't have posted it in a parcel box as we're not allowed to use them, but should have taken it to another post office (which there isn't one). I told them I would no longer be able to post parcels unless stamped. To which they agreed, then 2 weeks ago they sent me 2 labelled parcels to post this Saturday, along with a manifest and sack etc!!! I messaged them to say I had already told them I wasn't doing labelled parcels anymore, they said to return them using the request stationary link (which they sent) but that took me to a page for ordering a new sack, tie and tag! I despair!!! Then literally 2 days later I get a message from them saying I can now post labelled parcels in my local parcel box minus the manifest and sack. So my 2 parcels will go in the parcel box this Saturday and I'll pop the empty sack in there on a different day, just to get rid of it. Just as they make life easier for me, I then got a message this week to say my 6 month stint is coming to an endjwil said:Has anyone had problems posting the parcels? Thanks for letting us know about this. I had problems posting my first sack as I only had one copy of the manifest. If it's going to cause more hassles when I have to do one next week I won't be happy!

Are they including these in the main survey? I haven,t yet had one to deal with and disability makes it impossible now to get to a post office. I suspect there are others with similar problems. Royal Mail might perhaps do better running these items as a separate survey like the Unaddressed Mail or Correctly Delivered surveys.4

The post office wanted two copies? I've only ever had one sheet. The lady at my local post office takes the sack begrudgingly and always says 'We don't usually do those!'Chocmonster7 said:Thanks for letting us know about this.
