Hello,
As you’re unable to post labelled parcels in a mail bag at your Post Office, we will not ask you to post any more of your labelled parcels there.
To make sure we continue to measure parcels posted in your area (and so you don’t miss out on the extra rewards of posting parcels), we’d like to explore another possibility: do you have a Royal Mail Parcel Postbox in your postcode area? You can find the list of Parcel Postboxes here.
If there’s one you can use in your postcode area, we can continue to send you parcels to post at your Parcel Postbox. Please check the list and let us know if you can use a Parcel Postbox for your survey parcels and we’ll let you know the next steps.
We look forward to hearing from you!
I have no idea who told them I wasn't able to post labelled parcels in a mail bag at my Post Offices (but I'm secretly rather glad because I would just have found it awkward - it's bad enough handing over a suspiciously light, square cube that already has the right amount of postage attached).
I'm happy enough to use the parcel postboxes though and I've no idea why this can't just be a standard method of posting parcels.
Got my May stamps today 👍Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

My June stamps came yesterday.0

Hopefully I will be going back on the main panel shortly. Got the invite yesterday, accepted and was advised my first pack should be in June. I say hopefully as I had the same invite in November and was told first pack in January. When I hadn’t received anything by the end of Jan I contacted them to be advised that there were no vacancies in my area. Usual Kantar efficiency!2

I’ve just had it confirmed that I no longer have to visit a post office to post any parcels and I can post them in a parcel post box instead.
I don’t know if this applies to everyone but I received the confirmation in response to a question which I had to reply to, asking if I would be able to use a parcel post box. I wonder will I still be eligible for the £2 reward? Hopefully, because I’ll have to drive to my nearest parcel post box!Hello,
Thanks for confirming that you can use a Parcel Postbox for posting your survey parcels, that’s great news!
If you’ve not yet done so, you will need to register the Parcel Postbox you’re going to use. Remember, it must be in your postcode area. Click here for a list of where to find these postboxes. You can register them like any standard postbox in the Posting Location section in your account.
When we send you parcels to post (labelled and stamped), we won’t now send you a mail bag, Manifest or tag to go with it. This is because you put your parcels straight into a Parcel Box without any bags or documentation. If you have any unused mail bags, you can send them back to us - click here to request a return envelope for this.
From now on, please post all your survey parcels (labelled and stamped) in your Parcel Postbox and not in a Post Office. Only use your Parcel Box for parcels – all other items, including jiffy packets and DVD boxes, need to go in a standard postbox.
Thanks again for your help. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
