Is anybody else having problems getting the system to accept their input on the UnaddressedMail survey?

when i tick boxes and answer questions about certain items received my screen just freezes and won't,t accept any inout at all.   Am I doing something wrong?

never had any trouble before they changed to the updated questionnaire

No problems but it's a lot more complicated than the old system. Effectively you have to log in each day and record even if no unaddressed mail was received. Normally the unaddressed mail comes in one batch for the week although with the Election coming up these are a few election communications that don't appear on the predicted deliveries but still need to be registered.

You used to have to do that before, then they changed it. TBh I preferred the every day log in because I was more likely to remember to do it on the correct day.

No, the reward points went in on 19th March.

Has anyone else received this?

I have no idea who told them I wasn't able to post labelled parcels in a mail bag at my Post Offices (but I'm secretly rather glad because I would just have found it awkward - it's bad enough handing over a suspiciously light, square cube that already has the right amount of postage attached).

I'm happy enough to use the parcel postboxes though and I've no idea why this can't just be a standard method of posting parcels.

Have just received & accepted an invitation to a UMS  24 May to 13 June. Have a look you might be lucky also.

I nabbed that one as well - it seems like the UM surveys are available for much longer than the Correctly Delivered ones - can't remember the last time I got one of those, they are always long gone when I try.  Doesn't help they tend to come in Saturday lunchtime when I'm usually still in bed
