Has anyone had any problem getting received item data to save for some reason the one I received yesterday keeps giving "Save Failed"

think its becoming a more frequent problem with pressures on broadband and inepternet with more people working from home plus home schooling now in operation. May have to try and log on early morning or late evening to avoid logjam.1

Same, it's not just the going to the Post Office that shouldn't be done it's the fact that many people don't have any income now. I've got nothing coming in and am certainly not going to spend £7ish on postage which needs to be spend on other more vital things to keep their figures looking good!
