I am amazed & somewhat dissapointed we have had no communication from TNS about how to deal with things during the current difficult times.

Same here, this morning i've had rewards uploaded for APL for the week starting April 6th, I don't mind posting letters into postbox but i'm not keen on queuing in the post office at the moment.

think its becoming a more frequent problem with pressures on broadband and inepternet with more people working from home plus home schooling now in operation.  May have to try and log on early morning or late evening to avoid logjam.

Same, it's not just the going to the Post Office that shouldn't be done it's the fact that many people don't have any income now. I've got nothing coming in and am certainly not going to spend £7ish on postage which needs to be spend on other more vital things to keep their figures looking good!
