Not lecturing, just asking! Why do you intend to post items when you've been told not to? Am I missing something? Kantar have asked you not to post.CRISPIANNE3 said:
Please none of you lecture me. Obviously I am not the only one. Received an item of mail today posted on the 27 March and received today.General_Grant said:
BUT you have been told to stop sending things.CRISPIANNE3 said:I have an item to post today and its after 12 noon. My exercise time today is about 4.30pm. I have decided to post it then and will process the rest on the given dates and will fit them into my exercise time. These are just letters. OMG I really cannot believe this is what its all come to.
OK you will be going out any way but they have said they are suspending the survey and to keep items till later, not post them according to the original survey requirements.
I think you should just keep the items safely and not post them.
And it is not just about you and your timetable but the people who would receive what you are posting. Better to avoid any need for them to be bothered by having to collect or have to re-arrange delivery.
If the survey is suspended then it is actually a waste of your time and the items being posted.Who/where has anyone been told not to?When did Kantar have asked you not to post?

thanksIf you go back a few posts Molerat put wording from the email up, it's also on the main page of their site when you log in.Some business addresses will be continuing if they are still open for work so there might still be some letters coming through.1 -

You said you logged in earlier - you didn't read the notice?1 -
Any survey items I receive I will put to one side for a few days, just noting the date received to give time for any virus on the envelope to be less viable when I do open it. I don't know if it has come from a germ free place so I shall be cautious. Should only be business ones as individuals were asked to stop posting on Wednesday 25 March.

Was it from a private poster rather than a company?CRISPIANNE3 said:

If so they were either ignoring or not seen the email or they may well have had it prepared and not had to log in to TNS until after they had posted it.
Just because someone else does it doesn't make it the right thing to do.

I suppose you could have missed it if the e-mail went into spam and you only use the app as there is nothing on there to tell you not to post.

Kantar are contradicting themselves. Today I had a message to return a RFID. That will be an automated system, they’ve also said not to return RFIDs, so I’m just going to let the system nag me.silvercar said:Kantar are contradicting themselves. Today I had a message to return a RFID. How am I meant to do that without leaving my home?Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j2
