Kantar - Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

All posting activity to stop
Coronavirus update: What’s happening with the Royal Mail Survey?
Following government advice, Kantar and Royal Mail have taken the decision to pause, with immediate effect, all survey tasks that require you to leave your homes.
As of today, please do not leave your home on survey business. We have taken this decision with your wellbeing at the top of our priorities. You are part of the Postal Panels family and we want you to stay safe.
Below is an outline of our current approach: more information will follow over the next few days.
What do I need to do now?
- Some survey items will already be in the post to you. For posting packs, please hold on to them until you can start posting again. For test items you receive, please enter them as you normally would.
- Hold on to your RFIDs – do not return anything to us for the moment
- Keep logging in – we’ll need your help and more information will follow
What’s continuing?
Any survey task that doesn’t require you to leave your home still helps Royal Mail, so we’d like you to continue:
- Entering test items as you receive them
- Taking part in Correctly Delivered and Unaddressed Mail surveys
- Logging in to your panellist account to answer questions on your experience throughout this situation
What about incentives?
You’ll still receive them. When all this is over, we’ll need to help Royal Mail recover and resuming the survey fully and quickly will aid with this. We need our panellists to be ready to start posting again when the time comes
New prize draws are coming as well – stay tuned for more information!
As always, we’re here to support and help you. We are dealing with a high volume of queries and we may not be able to get back to you as quickly as we normally would. If you do need to contact us, please send us a message in your panellist account.
Thank you, take care, and let’s get through this together.
Kind regards,
The Kantar Postal Panels Team

Just got email from Kantar and all posting is to stop from today.1

Yes - just received it on my return from returning posting packs and RFIDs and posting all items due to be sent...I messaged them earlier this morning to tell them that I would be doing this and asking them to suspend me from the panel for the time being as I'm very high risk and not meant to be going out at all. (I drove to the postbox and checked nobody was around before filling it up with all this bumph!)2

Same, it's not just the going to the Post Office that shouldn't be done it's the fact that many people don't have any income now. I've got nothing coming in and am certainly not going to spend £7ish on postage which needs to be spend on other more vital things to keep their figures looking good!Take care 😊🌈i
Thanks, glad they've finally listened to us and stopped everything.

OK you will be going out any way but they have said they are suspending the survey and to keep items till later, not post them according to the original survey requirements.
I think you should just keep the items safely and not post them.
And it is not just about you and your timetable but the people who would receive what you are posting. Better to avoid any need for them to be bothered by having to collect or have to re-arrange delivery.
If the survey is suspended then it is actually a waste of your time and the items being posted.
