    Got my eggs too :)
It seems to suggest that I was right in my earlier post that there won't be any more posting packs going out until things get back to normal.

    [Sour grapes alert!]
    "Left out"?
Try receiving an incredibly vague message from Kantar TNS (which only I appear to have received, despite the wide scope of its applicability) saying that you have been removed from the main survey (and all future main/CD/UM ones) because Royal Mail have instructed them to remove any and all panellists with a shared letterbox because they (RM) now deem having a shared letterbox to potentially compromise data integrity (whereas before it was fine). Then contact them by phone and receive an explicitly-stated verbal assurance that they will send a message fully explaining just why this is the case. Then - after respectfully delaying chasing the matter up out of consideration for how COVID-19 might be affecting their activities - receive a message from Kantar TNS that is nothing more than a literal (word-for-word) reiteration of their original (vague) message, rather than than the promised fully-fledged explanation that they promised.
That's how it feels to be left out!
No offence intended to you, Money_Grabber13579, I'm just venting! I'm sure that your choccies will arrive in due course, and that they will taste all the better for your anticipation of their arrival!
I just wish that Kantar TNS would be honest and professional (yes, that outmoded concept). If they've removed me because, monitoring this forum, they feel that I have been overly and/or unduly critical of them (and I can think of no other reason for being removed - I've always been timely and accurate with my posting schedule and data entry and have primarily used their app to log data), then they shoud just say so - it's not like I could do anything about it in any case! Just don't give me some spurious, disingenuous cr*p about it being something to do with my having a shared letterbox! Okay, you could say that I'm being paranoid - but so far nobody on this forum (other than me) has reported being kicked off the current and all future surveys because they use a shared letterbox (and I have asked, rather than just waiting for somebody to mention it). Consequently I think that I can be forgiven for being more than a little bit suspicious about the 'reason' given by Kantar TNS. I haven't forgotten molerat's response from a week or so back ("RM have to present the survey data to the regulator and there are obviously ways to manipulate the scope of that data to eliminate any negative factors whilst still being seen to be doing."), but is it unreasonable of me to expect a proper explanation from Kantar TNS themselves (especially when a member of their staff emphatically promised me that one would be forthcoming)? If I were the head of Royal Mail (yes, I know, very big 'if') and saw just how slack, incompetent, and unprofessional Kantar TNS are, I'd be putting my feelers out 'toute de suite' to find a different company to conduct these surveys to report on my company's operational effectiveness; I'd conclude that Kantar TNS were, quite simply, not fit for purpose.
They have at least told me that they will order me a presentation pack (my Spitfire painting) when their office is back open - aren't I the lucky one!
Stay well, everyone, and keep safe.
