Two more items received today, one presumably a private sender as it was stamped and the other was a test item from Kantar itself from the West Bromwich depot.

Odd. I just logged in to do my correctly delivered etc and it says Please do not send items again for me

Changed again, as has the RFIDs box which now states 'Please do not return RFIDS'

As well as the RFID box and Items to Send box both indicating not to send things, there's a note that "Our website will be down for a few hours from 08.00 am on Monday morning so updates can be installed. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused".

I had another today too but as before it was franked and businesses are allowed to keep sending according to Kantar instructions so I suppose it's to be expected, until the supply of RFIDs stops circulating back to them.

Reading the notice the business panelists are requested "to send the last items you have" if it's safe.  So I should think they will stop arriving soon as TNS won't be sending them any more items to post.
