Glad you had a good Christmas day Redo. Naughty of someone to eat all the good bits from the leftovers
.
I bought a few bits in the sales before Christmas with some of my survey money, ahem (guilty). And I have some Christmas money to spend so may be lured there again soon (more guilt). I'm very impressed with your will power, as you say if you don't need anything why look.

I spoke too soon about the snow - it arrived whilst we were at my mum and dad's. Currently attempting to sort my BR out whilst packing. There is now 4 bags of stuff from DD'S BR waiting to go to the charity shop and a bag from in here.
I took advantage of the kindle unlimited too and I am also working my way through a batch of Michael Connelly books.NST #10 Steps 7K 2/30 10K 2/12 5 a day 3/30 NSD 0/20

HHoD shouldn't feel guilty when it's Christmas money. Should feel guilty when present money is used for day to day living in my view. My survey and cashback money is my fritter fund. Generally gets spent on the bots but that's my choice.
JJ we had a few inches, supposed to be more on the way for us. We don't need to go anywhere so it's not a huge issue luckily.
:hello: pippi - yes the co-op reductions policy is very poor these days. I've mostly stopped bothering even looking.
Cheese of the day was a very nice cheddar with caramelised onion cheddar - mini truckle thing, £1 in MrM pre festivities. Would buy again.
Last of the reduced cream made baked egg custards with lots of nutmeg. Yum. Turkey sliced and frozen in gravy, six tubs into freezer. Manky aubergine beyond recovery, binned. Oh the shameMy mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

Forgot to say nipped into small town (itchy feet OH - must go out) got reduced plain wrapping paper, crackers and bits for the boys snack tubs. All on 'the list' so pleased with that.
MrM has plain red or plain gold, 5 metres for £1 so suitable for anything. That and the frackers safely stashed away in the present drawer.
Also made a start on the inevitable decluttering. My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

Yes always a good idea on getting the cards, etc in the sales - I’m having a look out tomorrow for half price Christmas cards and will also get the 2nd class stamps to go with them - as the price will probably go up again by next Christmas. Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

I could do with cards and crackers, too. And I need snacks for DS2 for school, so thank you for the reminder.
Another one here with an itchy-feet OH, but it's currently snowing (forecast to stop around 11am) and he doesn't like to drive in it unless necessary. We're both still struggling with colds, so I'm hoping to stay put. Really must do some laundry.0
