Was going to suggest lemon posset. Lemon, sugar and cream. No gluten. Like a lemon tart but without the tart5

All these puds sound fabulous.
I was tempted to put lemon zest in pilaff but I couldn't pluck up the courage.4 -

Work is still really busy, and good commercial news for the company this week means more work for me. Keeps my job safe (and that of others) at least and I can honestly say I am never bored and I actually like and respect the people I work with which is rare and wonderful.
I don't remember spending any discretionary money today (although I was tempted by a face cream offer in the wee insomnia hours - and am finally running out several years on from deciding I was buying too much stuff)
Counting the days down to the new years mortgage overpayment allowance. I must get a life. We could clear it but the early repayment dings outweigh the savings. This time next year, we will be millionaires it will be gone hopefully. Fixed rate £140 a month in interest charged, £60ish interest earned plus the chance of PB winnings against c2k of early repayment charges. Must check the break even point but I don't think it is tapered. It was the right decision based on info available at the time.
Foodwise I am work busy so freezer food, although tonight was cottage pie with packet mash, and they had seconds.
The boy who doesn't eat rediscovered tuna and I bought 20 tins on a MrT offer for £5 off a £15 which made the good brand cheaper than the value stuff.
