Seasidegal58 saidJealous of all the plant talk - I haven't got a garden at the moment and not much space indoors for plants. Another reason for buying a small house and not a flat when I move in a couple of years time......

I have two pots full of gorgeous Cyclamen in my little garden. One lot I bought last year and one lot this year. They've been flowering since November so are great value. I also have a Hellebore (Red Lady variety) in a pot which is flowering beautifully at the moment.
I'm jealous of your Snowdrops as I don't have any so intend to buy some for a pot as soon as possible.

By the way Redo, is it possible that you may have a low variety of healthy bacteria in you tummy? Some people do and this can cause them to have tummy problems. In which case perhaps it might be worth trying fermented foods. Kefir wouldn't suit you because of the dairy ,but there are other fermented foods/drinks, for example, kombucha tea, kimchi or sauerkraut.
You may have already thought of this/tried this but I just thought I'd mention it. I've been having two tablespoons of kefir on my morning porridge to try and make me more healthy. I'm not sure if it's working yet but it tastes nice

@Seasidegal58 it is indeed one of my former cats. Mr Fluffy pants is his stupider but fluffier brother.
Thanks @HairyHandofDartmoor, I take a multivitamin with probiotics at the suggestion of one of the consultants I saw. It doesn't seem to make a difference, but it cant be doing any harm. I see you have potentially sourced snowdrops,I hope they take and that you can split them out each year and have many more.My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

I don't know why but I never thought of splitting snowdrops! We have a small clump in a place we rarely go past so I might split them (when is best?) and move some to somewhere more visible!4

@Cheery_Daff once they have finished flowering. Plant them in small clumps of 3 to 5. They soon bulk up as they like to be in clumps. Just don't let them dry out, so decide today is the day and then get on with it. Hens didn't eat ours. The inherited with the garden lilly of the valley on the other hand they absolutely trashed. My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

They are quite addictive when you startThe addictiveness would be the problem moving forward! I've used up all my 'spare space' in my flat. The next stage would be edging into the dreaded 'clutter zone' which I can't live with!🙀

No risk of me being addicted to houseplants - we have precisely two and no wish for any more! My cactus is OK - it survives quite happily on me remembering to water it occasionally and usually flowers a couple of times a year. MrEH has a sort of green leafy thing - no idea what it is apart from ugly and covered in dust - but it spends much of its time hidden behind a curtain so it doesn't both me too much!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

@moving_forward we used to have hens, a fox took all of the third set one day a few years ago and I stopped at that point.
@Seasidegal58 I know what you mean, I just wish OH did. He likes to be surrounded by stuff.
@EssexHebridean I kill houseplants, apart from the cactus which thrive on neglect.
Everything is a bit cold and waterlogged so I can't walk round the garden. I can see nice bulbs starting to do their thing from the window at least, and the winter flowering honeysuckles demonstrate their worth each time I go out to the car.
OH was paid yesterday so the first stage money shuffle has been done. We are behind on the mortgage OP schedule between tax bill/car insurance/holiday cottage deposit but it will sort itself out over the coming months. My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese
