    Evening all. Good advice as always on here.

    I've had a lovely long weekend. DH wasn't well enough to go to the coast on Friday but we've still had some lovely walks this weekend and had lunch out and today I did the York 10k.

    I've kept up with the dailies and this week want to concentrate on cleaning the insides of the windows as the window cleaner did the outsides on Friday.
