NSD and healthy day today. Had some xrays at hospital today to get a confirmed NHS diagnosis (currently my xrays are from the chiropractor so I wanted a second opinion as it were). Nice walk there and back before going to work.
Shopping being delivered this evening, costs quite low this week as OH is away so shopping for one!
Today I'm grateful for
- Receiving a lovely email
- A pleasant walk this morning
- Having time to relax!0 -
Oh my goodness, I've been gone forever! I was too tired to post one night, then one night turned into days!
I'm back (briefly as I'm away on holiday next week)
Allocate – set your budgets for the month – Budgets going well, I've had to shuffle some pots around but all shuffled back.
Use (Up) – Jar of tikka paste finished off today, we're trying to empty the fridge before we head away for the week.
Glorification (trying to keep the G) My Daily Achievement – Pleased with my weightloss today2.2 lbs lost. Total of 21lbs since Jan 1st. Next target is 30lbs.
Upcoming (holidays) – We had a Doggy day out on Sunday, Duncan had a tea party with a cupcake and party hat. He also got to try an agility course, which he loved, so I think I'm going to try and find agility courses for him.
We are off to my mums on Friday, first time she gets to meet Duncan.
Spends – 8/22 NSDs - Only managed 8 NSDs so far. Must try harder.
Time (for yourself) – I've been making time to hit the gym and go for runs.
In other news, we are finally moving on with the house sale! The seller has found herself a property to rent so it looks like we will be completing on 11th Sept!!

I stopped drinking soya milk when I read about the hormones. Apparently the plants contain a version of oestrogen, and added to your own oestrogen can cause a hormone imbalance.

NSD yesterday as I didn't go out but need potatoes, veg and milk today.
My little friend is starting school today. She's just been in to see us in her uniform. How time flies. I can remember the day her mother brought her home from hospital. Unfortunately her little sister is in a strop because nursery doesn't start for another two weeks and she's feeling left out.
Gratitudes:
A day to myself yesterday whilst C was out.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.0 -

My son's little sister is in a strop because I have to keep telling her it's not her last day of the holidays, not for another two years :rotfl:
Hopefully no spend day today, HM lunch and gym. Brought my little notebook to work to jot down any more ideas/thought about extending or moving. There are just so many factors to take into account. Schooling, social life, transport, life style, money......

Great news on the moving front, raphael.
Today I am grateful for not being out in the rain, for smooth train journeys, for the potential delay not happening, for sitting in the upstairs front seats on the bus (dd's fave spot!), for bumping into a neighbour and their softie dog, for fresh bed linen, for peace and quiet, for HP dvds.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
I was aiming for a NSD today but I ended up going for lunch with a friend and her baby. And since I'd lost a no spend day I then went to the shop for some chocolate. The plan today was to clean the house but as it was a beautiful day I couldn't waste it staying inside - we don't get much of them in Scotland! Tomorrow & Sat will be spend days as I'm away to London, but my travel and show ticket are paid for and I have a budget for food / drinks / tube tickets that I intend to stick to.
Today I'm grateful for the lovely weather and being able to get out for a nice long walk in it, for a cuddles with my friends little boy (even if he did start screaming after a few mins!) and for a good blether with said friend.Visa - £368.99, Car loan (dad) - £3,690

Seller is struggling thru the splitting of the funds (she's selling with her ex) before they can set an exchange date.
Another big spendy day for me, had to fill up with fuel ready for our trip tomorrow. Also had a PT session and bought a harness for Duncan and a run lead. We're going to try and get him running with usI think he'll enjoy it, and it will wear him out.
Allocate – set your budgets for the month – Pots still shuffling, but will all be returned by the end of the month.
Use (Up) – Chipotle paste used up in a yummy mexican chicken stew for tea. I also used up the last of the salad for lunch, before it went off.
Glorification (trying to keep the G) My Daily Achievement – Pushed myself at my PT session, think I'm going to have trouble with stairs tomorrow.
Upcoming (holidays) – Holiday starts tomorrow! We'll get home from work, have some tea then pack the car and go. Bag is already packed.
Spends – 8/22 NSDs - Stuck on 8
Time (for yourself) – Had a nice catch up with my bestie, after not seeing her for a couple of weeks.Debt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!
