Busy weekend with social stuff too so only 5/15 so far this month. Hoping to be AF until Friday this week.

Hope everyone else is finding it easier than me this month. Onwards and upwards as they say.

Back after a lovely 2 week holiday and a terrible 3 weeks before that with the builders in. 3 mild hangovers while I've been away.

Ready to get back to an AF routine, please can you sign me up for a target of 7 for the rest of the month and I will be AF tonight.

6/15 please - almost a smiley. Not sure I like these dark mornings, I am sure as we age we become more sensitive to the lack of light. I know I feel uplifted when the sun comes out and the day is bright, temperature is much less important.
