PSL, if keeping track of your drinking days or social events that result in drinking (regardless of how much you don't intend to) helps, then go ahead. Whatever works. Post daily has helped me enormously.

I was at a rock gig, arrived thirsty so had a sparkling water. Then was in the crowd enjoying the band and tired so didn't feel the need to fight my way to the bar and back. Note to self - live music is still fun sober. And another plus point was being able to skip lightly past the huge toilet queue on the way out!

I watched lost weekend on lovefilm by postCathybird, it's closed now. But the alternative company called cinema paradise doesn't have lost weekend that I could see. but they are actively trying to grow so seem like they would welcome suggestions. And it has great ratings on the film websites.
I would have watched it again but had to send back really as lovefilm closed 2 weeks ago.
Feel like somebody should try and remake the film but not sure it would be as good.
