Thank you, that's reassuring to know!fleur8 said:
Same position as you. Waiting for one document which has been agreed in principle. Solicitor says as soon as received, we can exchange same day or the next day.kenneth77 said:How much notice does a solicitor need to exchange? Is 9am too early to email and ensure that exchange will be taking place today 😂...I’m only kidding, but it’s taking a lot to not call or email or pester anybody to make sure nothing has changed since Friday afternoonNavigaor31 said:It's Monday guys...

exciting! Have you already exchanged? We’ve never had any direct communication from our mortgage provider except for the letter confirming our mortgage offer. Everything else has gone via our solicitor and possibly our broker but we haven’t askedJessJ23425 said:Text from natwest this morning 🤞🤞

Nope not yet, we're waiting on 1 simple query back from the seller but our solicitor is confident that'll come through so our Skipton Lisa and Natwest funds were requested already for a 29th Completion - we'll be exchanging as soon as that comes through though which should be any time now.mm1985 said:

Natwest certificate of title sent on 14th and funds ready to be released on 18th1 -
Our funds were requested last Tuesday and we are due to exchange today. Our lender confirmed release on Friday but I’m sat here panicking that our buyers and their buyers may not have their funds released on time. I really want to exchange today so I can then pack the last of our stuff know we will actually leaveJessJ23425 said:
