  • @RM_2013 good luck for some good news today.

We finally exchanged yesterday afternoon to move on Wednesday. After accepting an offer on our house and having an offer accepted on the place we are buying in the middle of August, so relieved that the end is in sight.
  • Well done to those who have completed.  Fingers crossed on the exchange today RM.

We had targeted 3rd Feb for completion but now seems that is unlikely to happen.  Our solicitor sent our enquiries to the vendors solicitor before xmas and we were expecting them back by now.  Spoke to our EA to chase and our vendors only received the enquiries from their solicitor in the post this morning.... Grrrr!!!!!
