We are still waiting to exchange even though we've all agreed to completion on 12th. Very stressed right now and just want to get on with it.0 -
Well we’ve exchanged and sold our house but still only exchanged on the purchase0
-
Still haven't completed. Solicitor has now gone silent when I asked for an update. I'm slowly going crazy here.0

Our funds left our solicitor at 11am and still no word0

Congrats to those who've completed recently, and good luck to those anxiously waiting - hope everything goes through as planned!
And hi to my fellow ex-Nationwide mortgage thread people - glad that we've all at least progressed to this stage, even if we're still all impatiently waitingour sale is now almost ready to go - all enquiries answered and contract signed - so we are just waiting for our purchase to catch up. All searches are back and reviewed, and our (awesomely organised and efficient) solicitor sent a very comprehensive-looking list of enquiries to the sellers' solicitor on Wednesday. It was long, but most questions should be able to be answered pretty easily by the sellers, I'd have thought! So, we'll see how long it takes. Hoping to agree a date after that - everything (fingers crossed) has gone pretty smoothly so far, but I feel a bit in limbo and as if I can't commit to anything or think too much about anything except the potential move in the next few weeks, especially as we're moving to a different area so don't know where we'll be on any given date - am definitely looking forward to getting everything confirmed!
