Congratulations all, I’m a long way off as house is going through probate 😭😭 but I keep driving past the house as it’s right by my parents and it kills me as I just want to be in there now, all the garden is starting to over grow and weeds shooting up everywhere, rang EA to ask if I can pull weeds up and they just laughed 😂 said they would get bk to me last week and still haven’t, the wait is killing me, good luck all0

Husband phoned and literally refused to get off the line till he could speak to head of conveyancing.
CoT was faxed while on phone
3pm Got assurances that he would personally look at our case
7pm phone call to say everything is sorted we would get emails of contracts to look at with physical copies on the way
11:37 pm get contracts AND request for extra proof in money laundering
12am - 3am - back and forwards with solicitor on these documents as the emails were badly written so there was some misunderstanding
7:30am - Check Barclays portal and funds have been released for completion
I have worked many projects clocking 16 - 18 hours a day for a span of a couple of months. I have also done 8am - 3am shifts and back again 6am to keep the projects going. I get the pain of working those !!!!!! hours
Its been pushed this close to the deadline due to failing to report as stated 3 weeks ago and then sending incorrect documents to the lender. If it was just me being a pushy little twit, I doubt the effort would be made at awful hours
