    Goodmorning LR, can you tell me how long it takes to remove Cautions once the letter of consent to remove us received ? We have our case expedited to Fast track and our house sale relies on the cautions being removed quickly, our buyers are getting impatient and this is the last thing we need doing before completion.  Thankyou

    If you mean they’ve replied to the notifications then providing all in order a matter of days. All depends if All have replied, through the correct channel and it’s all in order as mentioned

    Notices are usually the last stage so after expiry the final ok usually follows. What’s the title number please?
    Thanks for your reply. Title number is CYM860947 I'm not sure of the date they expired though, we were told early June.

    Thanks for your reply. Title number is CYM860947 I'm not sure of the date they expired though, we were told early June. 
    Expiry date is today so the case should be reconsidered in the next few days due to it’s expedite status

  • Good morning LR.  I am purchasing a property.  It is currently now on hold (1 step before exchange) because 2 of the title documents are the same, and we require confirmation that they are and for the discrepancy to be corrected on the official copies.  This was sent last week on Wednesday.  We have a short timeline to complete, and this is a bottleneck.  It has been expedited.  Please confirm how long it may take to resolve end to end, and if this can be resolved quicker?

    A couple of weeks from now. But I said I’d flag with colleagues, which I have. Looking at it, without the historical paperwork, it is a simple amendment but I’ll know more tomorrow hopefully.
