Goodmorning LR, can you tell me how long it takes to remove Cautions once the letter of consent to remove us received ? We have our case expedited to Fast track and our house sale relies on the cautions being removed quickly, our buyers are getting impatient and this is the last thing we need doing before completion. Good morning LR. I am purchasing a property. It is currently now on hold (1 step before exchange) because 2 of the title documents are the same, and we require confirmation that they are and for the discrepancy to be corrected on the official copies. This was sent last week on Wednesday. We have a short timeline to complete, and this is a bottleneck. It has been expedited. Please confirm how long it may take to resolve end to end, and if this can be resolved quicker?
