Use the DM option if you need to. The conveyancer should be able to check/confirm progress alsosilvercar said:We are waiting on Land Registry to sort out a problem on a flat my son is buying, whereby a car parking space purchased after the flat was bought hasn't been added to the deeds. Supposedly this was expediated 3 weeks ago and is now "near the top of the queue". In the meantime, someone in the chain's mortgage offer expired yesterday (end of June) but hopefully they will get it extended in the next few days. So it is now crucial that the expediating service actually expediates.
I'm unsure how to find the title number, I only have the address and post code. Even then I don't know if the car parking space would have a separate title deed? I'm wary of putting the address on here.
Expedition generally means a wait time of 2 weeks or less. There’s no ‘top’ to reach but if 3 weeks have passed then there will be other reason(s) for the delay“Official Company Representative

Re:
They would be linked in any way so one will always appear sooner than the other. And that would be linked to how quickly one is processed by us as well as how quickly the sites mentioned update their data as well
Sorry dont know how to do quote
Thanks do you know how I can find out when it will be processed please? I need to remortgage the ported part of my mortgage in August and i am concerned this might have a negative effect if not sorted by then.0 -

You don’t need to know how long if you need to remortgage as your conveyancer should be requesting expedition to get it looked at in time
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/request-an-expediteThe wait time shouldn’t matter for a buyer in real terms unless there’s an urgency. Hence the request expedition option when it’s really needed“Official Company Representative

Hi, thanks for your reply. The application was approved on Friday 24th, however my solicitor informed me that she had asked for a restriction to be removed and the land registry hasn’t done this. She said she ask that they do this as a priority as the whole reason we needed to expedite was to complete our sale by the 4th July due to becoming homeless. We are still stuck unable to sell until the error has been rectified. Please can you help. Title number man401986Land_Registry said:

I’ll flag it with them as well
Hi, it’s is this Title number man296736 that my conveyancer has now raised as it has a restriction which needs removing, please can you give me an update as to how this is progressing, thanksLand_Registry said:
We replied to the conveyancer yesterday to explain matters but there still seems to be a disconnect as they’ve replied to query again. I’ve asked colleagues to respond again asap.Bella179 said:
Are you able to provide an update on this as I am still waiting and I am going to be homeless on the 3rd of JulyLand_Registry said:
I can’t be definitive other than asap as not within our gift via this forum.Bella179 said:Land_Registry said:
That reference refers to an enquiry suggesting that the leasehold tenure should have been closed. It doesn’t refer to an issue with the restriction. So something is still not matching up.Bella179 said:
Thanks, the reference number is 220624-834720Land_Registry said:
I can see that the application was completed on the 24th but nothing further as yet. I’ll see if colleagues can track down their request but if you are speaking to your solicitor please ask them for the enquiry reference they will have been given in responseBella179 said:
Hi, thanks for your reply. The application was approved on Friday 24th, however my solicitor informed me that she had asked for a restriction to be removed and the land registry hasn’t done this. She said she ask that they do this as a priority as the whole reason we needed to expedite was to complete our sale by the 4th July due to becoming homeless. We are still stuck unable to sell until the error has been rectified. Please can you help. Title number man401986Land_Registry said:
Impossible to advise beyond what you have stated without any specific details. What’s the title number or enquiry reference?Bella179 said:My solictor requested to expedite the land registry and the application was approved on the 8th June. I have waited 10 days and there is no update. I have contacted the land registry and they said it hasn’t been looked at yet. They haven’t issued an email to say why it has not been processed within the time frame or how long it will take.It is putting my sale and onward purchase at risk and will also cause financial hardship.I have emailed them myself tonight and provided evidence and asked that the expedite is prioritised.Any advice on how long this will takeThe enquiry is with our amends team so they will consider and respond asap. I’ll flag it with them as well
Ok thanks for your reply, how long does this take to resolve as we have to move out of our home by Monday 4th July, this was the reason it was expedited as we will be homeless.Land_Registry said:

Hi Land Registry,
Waiting for an expedited first registration, it was applied for by my sellers solicitors on 17th June, I don't have the application number or title ref but was wondering if this will show online as soon as its completed or whether online updates are processed in slower time, I keep checking online it always shows "No information held for..."
Thanks
