Thank you for your answer to my previous query. Our solicitors have also submitted an AP1 in respect of title number NT530125 that the Land Registry registers the burden of the relevant right of way. I believe a request has been made to expedite this, as it risks causing the whole chain to collapse if not resolved quickly. Are you able to check if this has been expedited or not please?
