I'm a bit blue about going back to work as well. But you have achieved SO much over the hols and managed to get some time out as well. Give yourself credit for the masses of stuff that you have done rather than beating yourself up about what you haven't done.
    Lots of love x
  • I suppose there has been progress CCL that is true.

This afternoon I cleared the side. Ready to be concreted tomorrow. Tonight I am going to tidy up the conservatory so it isn't a total embarrassment! I wouldn't mind tackling the dinning table either.....
Tomorrow tho, I am going to do my room. It needs a good clean. A really good clean!

  • Mum would have a heart attack if I even suggested such thing Beanie! so no.

The builders came and were lovely. Awesome job.

However the crappy summer house company delivered the wrong parts. However I am thinking that they will refuse to deliver the right parts as I agreed to what they offered. Thing is I assumed 1 pack of window meant one pack of windows as the English in the e mails etc is dreadful but it didn't - a mistake so I suspect I will be buying some perspex soon!

And for reasons known only to myself I looked up an ex boyfriend. Or rather THE EX BOYFRIEND.

Don't ask. I don't know why. It was really stupid.

Anyhow am going for a drive.

    A really long drive.

    see you all later

Hopefully a long drive with loud music blasting, one that you come back from with all kinds of things out of your system, ready to enjoy the weekend.

Southern Girl - I don't freeze it, it keeps well enough in the fridge. I usually make 4 portions then have something else Friday. I've got a soup maker which is worth its weight in gold.

Have a good weekend Buffy xx

  • I drove, I got a bit stuck in traffic, I drove some more, down country lanes.

Accidentally visited a Aquarium place........OOPS. bought me some fish. And plants. And a heater and live food.

Cheered up, drove home. More traffic, bit of a detour.

    Nice drive home.

Setting up one fish tank. Whilst eating fish and chips...which is probably a moral issue i should look into but any how!!
