Yes I noticed that extra bit too. I wonder if there has been some discussion among Judges to close that possible loophole where a PPC could try to say it's unfair and unreasonable to strike out a parking charge just for presenting as £160...because in their la-la land, the parking charge *could* with Trade Body agreement, be £160.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Did you file and serve a summary costs assessment with your witness statement? If so, you could contact the court and ask for those costs to be awarded. Or, you could look at the post above by @D_P_Dance posted at 9.11 AM.4
