    Richard - if you can prove, and HAVE PROVEN TO THEM IN THE PAST that there was no reason to issue the charge, then consider a counterclaim for
    - breach of DPA
    - if residential breach of peaceable enjoyment - theyre an agent of the landowner and so their breach of lease is the landowners breach of lease
    etc.

    I've sent them various emails but I'm not sure if any of them would be considered proof. I mainly pressed them for further information and sent email templates that I found on this forum.

  • I guess now is a good time to get this into the courts. I can't imagine they will want a face to face hearing? 
    Either way, I'll get this sent tomorrow and update you on the outcome.

    Insist on a face to face hearing unless they have gone bust by then..
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

     I'm not sure a trip to the post office is classed as mandatory travel during the lock-down??
