Richard - if you can prove, and HAVE PROVEN TO THEM IN THE PAST that there was no reason to issue the charge, then consider a counterclaim for
- breach of DPA
- if residential breach of peaceable enjoyment - theyre an agent of the landowner and so their breach of lease is the landowners breach of lease
etc.

I guess now is a good time to get this into the courts. I can't imagine they will want a face to face hearing?
