    Hello :wave:

    It's been another scorcher here, it's going to be a terrible shock when it breaks :p

    I've had another productive and balanced day keeping the urge to get all the house maintenance done which is just not possible so I might as well accept it!

    Today's goals were ;

    Reports 4/4. It would have been 5 but I thought I'd saved one and hadn't. Idiot :mad:

    Exercise - weights class, Pilates and spin. Why do the out all my favourites on the same day? I think I'll sleep tonight:rotfl:

    House chores - stained the decking

    Social - lovely, long phone call:). Didn't have time for anything else :p

    Other mfw /well being successes included;

    A good sleep followed by coffee in bed

    Drank enough water

    Overnight oats for breakfast, butter bean soup for lunch. Dinner was a free for all as we all had something on. Omelettes, a tuna melt and avocado toast also helped with a fridge use up:)

    Hoovered downstairs

    Laundry done ready to hang out tomorrow

    Nsd :)

    Freezer lo defrosting for tomorrow 's lunches

    Read in the shady part of the garden for an hour

    I'm feeling a good sort of tired so I'm off for an early night:)

    Happy Tuesday to you :)

    We've had a bit of rain:eek: it felt very odd after this incredible sunny spell but the garden looks better for it and didn't need to water my veggies:p

    Today has been fairly run of the mill and balance has been maintained! Weirdly, I've achieved a lot and I'm not worn out so maybe there is a lesson there;).

    Today's goals were;

    Reports 3/4 :o. Got interrupted and never went back to my laptop :o

    Exercise - kettle bell class

    Home chores - stained garden seat and balustrade around the decking

    Social - a run out with ds to sort out some life stuff which included a nice chat :). Coffee with a friend (at home :money:) afterwards.

    Other mfw/well being successes included;

    Drank enough water

    Hoovered the kitchen

    Cleaned en suite properly

    Laundry line dried, folded and put away. Also washed everyone 's trainers/footie boots/,running shoes and got them dried in the sun

    Lo for lunch and hm spaghetti and meatballs for dinner

    £3.23 grocery spend but got 8 pints of milk, two packs of breakfast pastries, an unsliced loaf and a pile of ys fruit and veggies. Tomorrow will be veg roasting and soup making! The fruit will be eaten apart from the 4 packs of pomegranate seeds that are in the freezer on baking sheets and will be bagged up and left in there for another time

    Made overnight oats

    I'm off to bed as I'm meant to be going to the crack of dawn spin class tomorrow:eek::eek:

    Happy Hump day:)

    Had one of those derailed days yesterday:(

    However, today is another day and I'm getting ready for my weekend away which I'm very excited about:j

    I did achieve somethings yesterday, just not as much as I'd hoped.

    Goals included;

    Reports 0/4:o:o

    Home chores - everything ready for tax return. Just need to print one thing out and it can go to the accountant. Also did my life admin filing and paid (another:eek:) rental repair bill.

    Excercise - spin class

    Social - had a day out with ds :).

    Other mfw/well being successes included;

    Drank enough water

    Visited mum and dad

    DD hoovered and moped the floors

    Changed DS's bed and got a load of laundry line dried and put away

    Put pile of stuff to go in the attic in the attic :p

    It's also the first of the month so I'm off to calculate my May totals :j:j. That said, with over £800 car, repairs and maintenance it's not going to be as cheerful as it might have been:eek::eek:
    Happy Friday to you :)

    Well, it was a *slight* derail, cos no reports done ... nobody gets to 150% every day, PP, you did fine.

    Enjoy your weekend away!

    Thank you - so nice to have lovely, encouraging visitors:)

    Yesterday was mainly about getting organised for this weekend and my return to work on Monday as I'll be back late on Sunday.

    I did manage a few mfw successes though, namely;

    Took lunch, drinks and snacks for the train

    Cooked dinner at home rather than going out

    Did my May totals - better than I thought but they are in my notebook at home so I'll update properly on my return.

    I'm off for a city run shortly - love the contrast to home :)followed by a nice, relaxing day.

    Will ponder my June goals but they are likely to be along the lines of;

    Money saving

    Mortgage overpayment

    Increasing pension contributions

    Health and fitness

    Social

    Happy Saturday to you:)
