    Hello:wave:

    Just a quick one from me as it's late and I'm feeling sleepy.

    I've had a bit of a spendy day although all was bargainous or necessary. I'll confess details tomorrow:p

    Today's successes included;

    3 reports done:j

    Spin class

    Drank enough water

    Load of laundry done and line dried, folded and put away

    Hoovered the kitchen

    Read for an hour :)

    First grocery shop since the 25th of May:j. It was £36 ish but I need to deduct some father's day stuff.

    Transferred £28.04 to the os pot

    Taxed the car £0 - one of the many reasons I love my little car :):money:

    Happy Friday :j

    Morning :wave:

    Enjoying coffee and my new to me cs book in bed - it must be the weekend:)

    The sun is shining again :):) and I've had a good night's sleep so all feels well.

    Today I want to ;

    Write a report (I've done enough to justify one a day now:D)

    Tidy the garden

    Make minestrone soup to use up lo spaghetti

    Watch ds's match having encouraged some revision

    Read in the garden :)

    Have a nsd

    I'm off to take care of dad until the carer arrives and I'm going to run there via the longer scenic route - might as well kill two birds with one stone:)

    Happy Saturday to you :)

    Sounds like a good Saturday for you. And started well, peaceful book in bed. I read in bed this morning too, but it involved various children's books, read aloud, several times each, after being slapped round the face with them 'story mummy, read it, Read it pweeeeeese'

    Evening :wave:

    It's been another beautiful day (if you ignore the hour of thunder and torrential rain:eek:) and I think I've achieved some balance. It doesn't come naturally and I'm still having to think about it but it's feeling more normal and I do feel better for it. I didn't do everything on my list but did manage a few that weren't so I guess it evens out:p

    Successes included;

    Drank enough water

    Got out for a run

    Had a couple of hours with my dad :)

    Three :eek::eek: loads of laundry done and line dried,folded and put away. The whites are soaking overnight so I'll do those tomorrow.

    Made minestrone soup which we had for lunch and put 3 cartons in the freezer

    Prepped carrot and coconut dhal ready to go in the sc tomorrow and left the lentils soaking overnight. We've got family coming for dinner tomorrow:)

    Made overnight oats. My current favourite is apple, cinnamon and sultanta which healthily satisfies my sweet tooth but I've also tried chocolate and peanut butter. It uses unsweetened cocoa powder so there's no added sugar but I'm still not sure I'd fancy them for breakfast but I'm hoping they make a nice healthy snack. We'll see:p

    Cycled 4 miles there and back to watch DS

    Read in the garden

    Had a nice long chat with dd

    Watched an episode of Hugh's Fat Fight which was quite sobering :(

    Dd showered the dog and I clipped him so a few £ saved there and he looks very smart :)

    Less successful were ;

    Reports - none done :o

    Nsd - spent £3.18 on 2 lots of blueberry juice and frozen mushrooms
    that I can't get in Aldi and a bag of ys artisan rolls.

    Garden - still needs a tidy up. I'll try and do one section tomorrow and have a sweep up of the fallen blossom.
    Dd is out at the cinema and ds is revising so I'm off to bed to Read for a bit and shall make sure that lights are out by 10.30 - living the Saturday night dream:A

    Happy Saturday to you :)

    Morning :wave:

    The last day of the weekend, the sun is shining and I've had a nice, leisurely hour reading . I've spent the last five minutes pondering what I must do today and what I'd like to do:)

    I must;

    Make Thai curry and naan bread for dinner as we've got people coming over. There's also dhal to go in the sc but this is prepped so should take about 2 minutes:)

    Do a load of laundry and get it dry as it contains white shirts needed for tomorrow

    Spend a couple of hours with dad until the carer arrives

    In addition I would like to;

    Take ds into town to get his last prom item

    Visit and have coffee with a friend

    Do a report

    Go for a run

    Tidy a section of garden

    Read

    I'm going to focus on the first list and take the second if and when it comes :)

    Happy Sunday :):)
