You're absolutely set up for a lovely weekend. Let us know how it goes2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Hello:o:o.
Have rather neglected my diary:o. I have however had a lovely followed by a frantic start to the week.
This weekend involved lots of activity and healthy eating but quite a lot of wine so I won't be polishing my halo just yet:p
Friday night was hm curry, wine and a box set, Saturday was a long but lovely walk in the hills with a picnic followed by a stay at home dinner and Sunday was a trail run, watching ds play footie and an easy dinner and a tv night:D. Apart from filling up the car it was a ns weekend:j
Work is crackers:eek: I have however managed to;
Get my marking up to date
Deal with nonsense without tearing my hair out
Drink lots of water
Do a weights class
Wash the sofa throws and got one load of laundry done.
Lo for lunch and a freezer dive for dinner.
I've no money news but I should have rent tomorrow which means the cb cc will be cleared and and surplus os. I get paid on Thursday so that will mean a review of March and new goals for April which I love
Hope life is good:). Happy Monday to you:D

Morning PP :hello:
Most impressed that you managed an entire NS weekend! :money: I rarely manage even a day, and that's usually only by accident:rotfl: Also impressed that you are £23 under budget for your shopping, well done!

Hiya Cheery :wave:. I find it helps if you walk for miles in the middle of nowhere - limited retail opportunities:rotfl:Original mortgage £112,000 . Final payment due August 2027.

Evening :wave:
Today has been a mixture of loveliness and nonsense, such is life I guess:D. I got a reasonably early finish and driving home in daylight is so nice! My marking is up to date but I'm behind (again:o) with my assessments. I'm not going to stress about it though, I'll get caught up over the holidays. Only two working days to go:j
In money news it was rent day on the smaller rental so that was used to pay off the cb cc which included my monster car repair which means I haven't had to touch my os pot which is a huge relief:D. I think I should get some rent off my new tenants soon but the agent is never very quick to process things:mad:
It's pay day tomorrow:j. I can't do my final mortgage totals until the first but my March spends were;
Grocery, cleaning, pet food and toiletries £110.73/ £128:j (that includes a £5.45 spend today on coffee and a stock up of oranges, bananas and a pineapple before the S6 changes). Really chuffed with this as I've brought my budget down from £40 PW to £32 PW this year but this month I averaged £27.68:D
Personal £24.61/£46 :j. Entertaining at home is here to stay as is avoiding the shops:). This month's spends were bargainous rather than frivolous . Tanning mousse (£1.99 and the best I've found, including some very :eek::eek: expensiveones), 2 packs of wax strips, 2 monsoon summer tops, a jigsaw jumper, a Laura Ashley skirt, evening shrug, new to me trendy (rather than sporty) trainers, Shred DVD, 4 DVD box sets and a veggie cook book. Not bad foir under £25
Fuel. £ 73.68/£120
Annual spends included;
House £6.94 (fitted sheet and telescopic duster)
Car £350:eek::eek: but now the steering works and the wheels won't fall off
All in all a good month as income has been a bit squeaky:( EBay sales have helped to keep dripping bits into the os pot though which has been fab.
Off to collect dd from the station and then bed:)
Happy Tuesday to you:)
