Hi Y'all, I've just been rummaging in the freezer for that last half hour looking for a pack a Turkey Steaks I'm sure I have some lurking underneath the European Stewed Fruit Mountain:D
If one more person comes down the lane swinging a bag of windfalls they are just 'popping round to me' I shall lock the door and pretend to be out. LOL besides there are no Tupperware boxes left in the Emids after my last blanching frenzy.;)
I never did find the Turkey Steaks but I have released into the wild some Salmon (currently defrosting for the cats) Goodness knows how long it has been in the freezer but I swear I saw a pre-decimalised coin and a spangles Wrapper trapped in the perma-frost:rotfl:

PP - Take care of yourself chicken! CyberHug on its way now, PostalHug will probably arrive next Easter! LOL

MrsMCawber - Well done on the weightloss:T I've managed to shed 1 stone of the 6 for a pound doughnuts I've been chomping all summer at the coast. Just a few 4 more pounds to go.

TM - If ya reading - Hi:hello: Hope all is well at TM Towers.

    Hugs to al

Shez I did think about cutting the bread but I only eat 2 rolls a day as I don't eat many other carbs but I will cut out the potatoes I've been having I've also got to cut the protien down I don't eat cheese anyway but I can now only have 3oz chicken or turkey or white fish or 2oz of tuna or 1oz of red meat the rest has to be made up of veg salad and fruit I did ask about exersize if there was anything I could do or the arthritis would let me and he said under no circumstances was I to do any other than the gentle stuff I do anyway so I'm kind of stuffed
    anyway enough of me moaning

buffy, I hope your back feels better soon.
Aussie or should I say Ninny :rotfl: , sorry to hear that dgs didn't like your chard frittata, personally I don't blame him! ;):D:p

Well I have made a garlic and rosemary stuffing for the lamb and tied it all up. I've picked some more tomatoes from the garden so cheese tomato and basil omelette for lunch. The bathrooms really need a serious clean rather than the lick and a promise they've had for the last few days, and I can't put it off any longer.... so I'm off to tackle those. Wish me luck!
