I updated the cute little box where I store my camera and bits and associated bobs - lots of old tech, wires, tiny storage cards could go, so now all the leads and gubbins associated with my new phone can go in the same box. More bang for my bucks, so to speak :)

Kondo'd a large pile of tree prunings on a bonfire yesterday, it made the garden look a lot better as I had piled them up to await enough to make a burn worthwhile. I got lots of exercise moving them to the site I had the bonfire as well.
Another box for the CS has left today. People in the village and I have high expectations of our renovation project and I don't want to move in there with lots of clutter that will change the feel of the house, as I have a vision of a colourful but calm house. So the boxes are being sorted through as we empty them at the interim house, with more leaving and very little coming in I am hoping that we see the benefits later.
£400,000 starting Jan 2020 current end date Aug 2041 I would love the end date to be 2027 but will aim first for 2037.
    1% target £4000 so far £20 paid

Only three months after DD moved back home, we have finally allocated a place for her stuff :T

In the process she has kondoed nearly all her socks as they don't fit her - she kept buying more in the hope they would.... as a result i have many, many pairs of socks :rotfl:

She also kondoed a pair of too small pyjama trousers - and they fit me too....
I wanna be in the room where it happens

:) I've kondo'd a pillowcase (or will have asap it's thru the laundry and dried). It's one of the orginal six and will be the second to be worn out and ragged. There are another two in the airing cupboard awaiting their turn and the third had a bleach-related accident, got interesting tie-dyed and is now serving as a cover for something in the shed.

A stubby used up pencil, a dried out fibre tip marker and a few other bits and bobs are going the way of all flesh. I have also re-dsitributed some Stuff between pals and family members causing, if not abject joy, at least a degree of satisfaction.

:o I did acquire a large carrier bag of (mostly) odd socks from Mum's. She was overwhelmed with them when we were sorting out on the last visit and didn't know what to do and was delighted when I offered to take them away and use them up.

Do you make any attempt to pair them up GQ, or are you into sod-it random sock woman mode?

:) They're lying all over the bed at the moment, I shall go play with them in a little while. Most of them are similar so wouldn't really matter if I just chucked them all in a basket and donned them as they came.

    Which I might just do.

My DDs nearly always wear odd socks. I think it was a fad a few years ago when they were teenagers and they have carried on. Makes life sooo much easier. And if anyone points out they are wearing odd socks they instantly respond ' not at all, I've got another pair just like these at home!'
It doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!
