Dont worry about work!!
You are not there!!
Well, sadly I was from the comfort of my own home. Working from home, Should have been training, making essential phone calls and admin day, it turned out to be a mare of a day and I submitted send on a report tha I found out at 4.20pm I had to do at 10.30 tonight.
In theory a non working day tomorrow, but in reality I will have to do some catching up.
Having found out that I had been told about this report on my first working day 3 months ago and had an email reminder last Friday a non working day, which I failed to read this morning. I then got an email which was like being hit over the knuckles. So demotivating. I can’t say anything as I’m on probation. As my mentor says I have to suck it up.
OH observed a good football manager knows who to throw teacups at, and who to put an arm around to motivate players.
This manager only knows about throwing teacups. She’s young and in her first managing role, however, her management technique of micro managing by email and if we don’t meet her expectations it’s like being sent a memo from the head teachers office.
Yesterday she was fine about me being unwell, today, it’s like being hit by a wet fish.
I wouldn’t mind, but on probation I don’t get paid for sick leave and tomorrow’s hours will not be recognised.

Taking the debt aside is it really the right job for you?
Yes I think it is, and I have to say I got a very nice note from my manager today about the case studies I submitted, I gave her 3 and I only needed to give her 1, she’s going to use them for the forthcoming quarters.
I love working with my clients, and in my type of role work and hours will always over run.As a dear MSE friend says “keep plodding” or

Dear Diary
Another busy day ahead and frankly I just want to stay I on bed
Friday
I worked all day catching up, boom club in the evening hosted by us we didn’t cook and it was a NSD :T:T
Saturday
OH went into the village, only spends were budgeted, except why oh why when you say to him bring a cake or nice biscuits home for tea with his parents he brings t@nnucks teacakes! He ended up making butter biscuits which went down well. Evening was spent with in-laws.
Sunday
OH went out for breakfast with parents - and bought items we have sort of budgeted for ie bbq protectors on garden centre, with our discount card, so that was good.
Monday
Busy day, had to buy lunch as was in a cafe all day, and to be honest we are both struggling with tiredness. However resisted any other spends
Tuesday
Back up in London for training did buy a coffee and lunch again all could have been made and bought with me but we are both struggling with fatigue. On the plus side, I did take overnight oats both days for breakfast. I did resist a magazine, tea and chocolate bar on the way home at Waterloo today.
Evening Meals
We have also continued to eat out of the freezer even Sun night when there was no batteries left, the ham hock had not been slow cooked, we both wanted a roast, but had scampi instead.
In other news it’s been 41 days since my last period :eek::eek: ( current average 23) testerone and other hormone are all over the place. I know I am perimenopausal and this has happened before Nov 2017 !!! But can honestly say I am fed up, with the roller coaster ride of hormones, angry, irritable, anxious and tearful, which changes daily.

Really has been a slow today today, have been feeling knackered.
Achieved:
Pilates session
Watched 3 waking the Dead episodes
Knitted scraps blanket.
Sorted washing
Moved some furtniture back into summerhouse
Done front of house at am drams
Booked appts including opticians and my drivers speed awareness course... all expense
Didn’t buy myself a drink at Amdrams so it’s been a NSDAs a dear MSE friend says “keep plodding” or

Oops yesterday would have been my parents diamond wedding anniversary... trouble is I don’t know what I would say to my Dad. Tuesday my mum would have been 80
To me she’s still 60 .........
So Friday
Went to Chubb club - 1/2 lb not bad since I have not been for a fortnight....
Bought their chocolate bars.
Than sports massage.....
Afternoon spent trying to do admin work but was struggling. Watched a lot of waking the dead series 1
Out to the pub with the neighbours .... too many calories and Prosecco  plus my financial contribution :embarasse:embarasse
So definitely not an NSD
I have to make peace with that, we rarely go out..... and they wanted my company, I just struggle a bit I’m not a boozy girls night out kind of girl....As a dear MSE friend says “keep plodding” or
