And you should definitely swap sides with Mr F - how come you only have a massage function on one side?! Not fair at all! Glad you had a rest though xxSouth_coast said:Fortune_Smiles said:I suppose I will have to get used to being hirsute and knickerless for a while 😲🤭😂savingholmes said:Cheery_Daff said:Oh dear, I confess I am giggling at you being hirsute and knickerless for a while 😂😂😂 sorry! Hope things improve for you soon.
You sound very productive still for all that. I confess to using 3 mats when I do yoga - as otherwise my knees hurt!!

ruby_eskimo said:Sorry to hear your back is still playing you up Fortune - had a similar experience with one of my calf muscles this morning while attempting to do a kickboxing workout so do sympathise. Will be trying that sausage gnocchi dish you posted - trying to get DH to eat more greens and think he'd be ok if it was in amongst sausages and gnocchi!
Do take care @ruby_eskimo - you don't want to do yourself any damage.Suffolk_lass said:Blimey, knickerless - we call that “Going commando”. The term refers to elite soldiers trained to be ready to fight at a moment's notice. So when you're not wearing any underwear, you're, well, ready to go at any moment — without pesky undies in the way.

You lot 😂😂😂
I tried a different strategy yesterday and it seemed to work. An hour or so up and about, then an hour or so resting. So I did manage to get a few things done:- three loads of washing done, hung/dried
- leftover Leek, Cheese & Bacon Tart with salad for lunch
- Mixed Fruit & Nut Granola made. We were donated two grapefruit at Christmas and I thought they would go well with granola and yoghurt
- Brandy Butter Cookies made to use up some Christmas brandy butter. These are dangerously delicious! Even Mr F liked them and he's not a brandy butter fan
- general tidying of the kitchen
- leftover Sausage, Kale & Gnocchi One-Pot for supper.
During my resting periods I've been watching the original 'Up' series on ITV Player. This is the one where they filmed a group of 7 years olds from 1964 at 7 year intervals. Really interesting and makes one think. I'm trying to watch educational or informative TV at the moment so I don't feel like I'm entirely wasting the time.
You'll be pleased to hear that I've found I can get my pants and socks on by lying on the bed. Mr F is still helping me get them off though 😲🤭😂
Right, a quick clean up of the kitchen then it's back to bed for me.
