Back to Square One
I am back to my hour up and about, hour resting strategy which seems to be working. So -- up to make breakfast and clear after
- rest
- up to shower (one tiny back twang)
- rest
- up to make lunch and clear after - Mushroom & Goat's Cheese Tart with salad (one tiny back twang)
- rest
- up to meal plan and on-line shop
- rest
- up to make supper and clear after - sausage, mash and kale
- rest
- catching up on emails and other admin from bed.
Tomorrow, I'll see if I can push the vacuum around a bit. The vacuuming iself isn't a problem - it's bending I have to be careful about.
I suspect this diary's going to be very dull for a while. Hope you can stay awake 🥱

Ae Fortune, so sorry you're still suffering. We will rest alongside you, don't worry 😁6

Are you sure vacuuming isn't a problem. I suppose it depends on the vacuum but I have passed all those responsibilities over to DS. It didn't seem to bother me - until I'd finished then I knew about it. Wonky trolleys are a major no no too.

It's a cordless, stick vacuum @badmemory so really light and easy to handle. My main problem is leaning forward whilst sitting so I'm ok with vacuuming as long as I take care when bending down. Wonky trolleys are the worst.badmemory said:Are you sure vacuuming isn't a problem. I suppose it depends on the vacuum but I have passed all those responsibilities over to DS. I know I need stronger tummy muscles, I have nowhere near as much trouble when I can focus on my posture. I have had back trouble since I was 17 but this last 18 months has been bad. I need to give myself a really good kick. The weight I have put on in the last 18 months has not helped at all. That is after losing a stone in the first month of lockdown. I'm so annoyed with myself.
