If my recollection is correct the party was on Saturday so you should have all sobered up by now, unless you are all ghosts because the liver cannot cope with the amount of alcohol, to still be drunk on the third day.

It wasn't the alcohol, nursemaggie, it was that weird concoction in the giant teapot that Mrs LW brought, telling us it was tea. I knew real tea didn't have lumps in it.

okay 🤔🤔 , I appear to have missed a party 😕 although how I didn't hear you all with all that singing and dancing about , I don't know ... whatever happened to the bunch of sensible, quiet and reserved folk that used to be on here 😂 .. 
so can I be event planner for the next one , the new fence still needs painted , I could run backwards and forwards painting multicouloured rainbows , throwing a bit glitter about , think we should have a couple of tables built in , just to pop the drinks on , place to watch the world go by , steps to climb on top of them , just to get a better view of course not to dance on the tables 😁  Polly  we should be singing , stand by me .. as an oncore 🎤 .

Please do be the next event planner burtha. That sounds more my idea of a party. Having watched the last one degenerate into drunken madness and not offered either food or drink I'm sure you'll run a tighter ship.

I've been thinking it's time the fence had a few coats of paint. That's if it's still standing after the recent goings on. A lot of avaters are missing so not as decorative here now

Love the idea of I will survive ,you, me and many others here have survived. No grey things allowed. Lovely to know you're happy and full of ideas.

ETA No idea how I read Stand by me as I will Survive. Never mind we can sing them both.

a survival party sounds cool , the fence like most of us will need a bit of tlc and support in places but will last a life time , that I am sure of .

so who's up for pie making , cake baking , tea brewing and biscuit cutting ... I'll go and find some brushes , hammers and nails ..... someone find the first aid kit and who can make some bunting , .... I can bring cheese , i seam to have acquired a lot somehow 🤔 ...
