DH got paid today commission has temporarily been placed in the savings account until DH decides what he wants to do with it....I'm working on him with regard to getting rid of the OD.

Pay day for me today from the agency, hoping that it'll appear in the account soon so I can move it over to the savings account.

OP funds hit the bank account, so this has been paid off the Cap One card and is finally under the £500 mark but only just.

MBNA and BC have been paid, I swapped payment amounts over this month and paid more of the BC just to get a nice round figure (sad I know) aiming to at least pay another £10 off each one before the end of the year to get them in the next brackets

Had an email off the school to say that DS isn't doing as he should and can we have a word etc....he seems to go through stages of excelling at school and then the next minute is in a spiral of detentions and no homework....sigh!!! I'm hoping it's just hormonal, he currently grounded and all tech has been confiscated apart from his phone.

DD made lovely flapjacks at school yesterday, but when she tried to get them out of the baking tray at home....we ended up with some rather yummy crumbs :rotfl:

Morning,

Not a lot going on today, I need to do the food shop and I'm aiming to do it as cheaply as possible.

Need to take DD for a hair cut, she needs at least 5" off the length to straighten it.

I also need to get my friend his birthday present, he's asked for a voucher so I'm going to see if I can pick one up at Tesco, while I'm out.

Usual housework stuff to be done and I need to decide on dinner. I also need to sort the menu list for next week.

Not about much, MiL not very well at the moment and new job is hectic but loving it.
