Good afternoon,
Hope everyone's is ok? The weather is rather pants! to say the least. Hope it brightens up a bit as we go away to Centre Parks this weekend.
Debt totals have been updated in my signature, so all is looking healthy there. I have also checked the bank accounts and surprisingly enough, my £2K deposit I can pay off the BCso once we get to the end off the month, I will arrange for that to happen.
Aiming to bring my lunch with me every day as much as possible any way.0 -

****sneaks back in****
Hi and happy Monday,
Apologies for being AWOL, with background stuff, Centre Parcs and work. Life has been hectic to say the least.
So I'm back and I really need to get posting daily again or I'll lose my mojo and momentum.
Did really well with PA this past week and have managed a payout, this has gone off the Cap One card. I'm waiting for some money to clear on Quidco, then I can pay that off too, should be a decent chunk but I think it'll be three months before that happens.
Centre Parcs was great and we had lovely weather, we did overspend but that was mainly due to not properly knowing what was there to book activities. Kids didn't want to leave and have asked if we can go back next year.
Debt Update
MBNA is going down nicely
Cap One should be under £400 by next month
BC has leapt up but will be back down to £6K as my £2K is due in by the end of the month
Personal
Lunches to work is still going on
NSD's are still going
AFD's need much improvement
Flylady has been virtually non-existent and I need a kick up the bum to find my mojo for that
Surveys - PA is going good but haven't made headway with the others
DS is still a pain in the bum but that working on that one!
Work wise - Aiming to try and find out on Friday if company will be taking me on....we found out that we have won the rest of the phases :j
Pranged my car....nothing major but I need to sort a quote out to fix it
Meal planning is still going on with a few deviations
Conclusion
Debt has risen, but it is going down if that makes sense
Must keep trying0 -
Lovely to see you back again, the debt might have gone up slightly but at least you have a plan
Take care

Morning,
A tad cooler here today but at least it is dry, which is a bonus and it's nice to see the blossom on the trees, a sure sign of the better weather.
Managed to get some washing outside to dry over the weekend, only used the drier twice, so that's a bonus. Going to do some washing tonight then I can hang it out before I head off to work in the morning.
I need to pick up DD's camp blanket from a local lady tonight, she's sewn on DD's Brownie sash and the front of her Rainbows tabard, as I don't have a sewing machine and my hand sewing is patchy to say the leastso £10 to pay out tonight....but I have already budgeted for it.
I did a bit of tidying of my sewing box on Sunday, it's a job I hate and have been putting off but I inherited a load of things from FiL many years ago, which I just dumped in there, so it was a good exercise to see what there was...safe to say I do not need to buy anything....Ever! :rotfl:
I've brought my lunch with me today, a left over fajita...yum!
Had a message from my agency, he's going to contact the company and find out if they intend to take me on. He says it helps that they've won the other phases. So fingers crossed that happens.
Need to nip and get a few bits today, so should be a low spend there.
Quidco payment has cleared, so that's £9.56 heading my way, once it hits the bank that can go off the Cap One card. Just waiting on a few more on there to clear.0 -
Lovely to see you posting. Glad you had a nice time at Center Parcs. Fingers crossed that they keep you on.0
