  • Apologies for my brief depart from the boards, various things in the background  meant that I needed to back off a bit. Things are still not sorted and probably won't be for a while BUT they've calmed down a bit, If I disappear again I will be back.

I need to go and catch up on the debt and figure out where we are with it and a way forward. I am very near to my original £4K target that I set myself.

I need to also log on to my other savings account and figure out if I have hit my £2k target yet to pay a lump sum off the BC for the deposit for my car.

Do you realise that on Friday, we will have spent a whole year in our new house :D How quickly that has gone. That year has been a challenge in some ways and fun in others.

My 2018 challenge isn't quite going to plan either, I doubt that I will get all my list completed but I will get most of them ticked off.

Work wise, it is going good and I am nearly at the end of my 6 months, spoke to the agency and he was going to drop the man in charge an email to find out if they intend to take me on or not. The company are presently gearing up to sort Phase 2, so I'm hoping that as they'll need a DC that I will be employed sooner rather than later.

I'm still also getting free eggs from my lovely colleague :D

Free eggs are great. I love fresh eggs from people's chickens. The colours are so difference. You could mean Easter eggs though, they are just as fab too!
