Good morning, just in from a long walk through fields. Stunning sky. Reflected on the island and mountains in the distance. A skein of geese flew overhead . Ducks in the field. All is well...in these strange times. DD2 walked with me not another soul to be seen .
have a lovely day . Be safe x11 -
Good morning all, pleasures for yesterday......
Milk delivery was outside hiding next tothe fence. I wasn't sure if it would still be there by the time we were up as some doorstep stuff has been going missing (not mine). We do wake up at 6am or thereabouts which may help. Desperate times.....
Checked on friends via messages. All ok and nobody needing food etc
Cleaned the rest of the patio. Next door neighbour took pity on me and gave me her jet wash to use. I anti-bac wiped it (she left it in our garden) then set the HT loose outside with it. Patio looks fabulous even if I did have to finish the last bit myself because the HT was cold and wet. Cleaned the washer again at the end and left it in our joint alley way. Messaged neighbour thanks and told her where it was. The garden is starting to look more like a garden and less like it's been abandoned.
Made pizza dough from scratch. Guess what we had for dinner anyone?Luckily I have packet yeast/flour etc in the baking cupboard. If the flour was in packets it would probably be out of date but as it was all processed through the freezer when bought then decanted into tubs I can ignore things like that. The yeast was in date.
Couple of hours chat with best friend while online gaming. We finished earlier than usual - I sent him to bed. He works for the NHS and was absolutely shattered. He'll be working today and tomorrow too so an early night seemed like a good idea.
DfV I have a lot of cookie cutters. I have a lot of cake tins too. I was contemplating taking everything out of the cupbord and tidying it but I've decided to wait until we've used a bit more of the contents in case I can't fit it all back in.
Take care all of you

Yesterday
First meat delivery. He put the meat on the doorstep and then stepped back and held the card reader towards me on a selfie stick.! Clever!
Spent most of the afternoon trying to pattern match the patch pockets on the dress I'm making! I'll never be on the Great British Sewing Bee!
Watched The Professor and the Madman. Absolutely fascinating film about the beginnings of the OED.
Happy 🌞Saturday everyone10 -
Morning all - these are strange times indeed.
Pleasures for yesterday (don't mention the washing, don't mention the washing)
1. The washing!! another load out, virtually dried and in
2. yoga on line - was a tough one but i enjoyed it. Lots attended this class. My £25 for 4 weeks is looking to be good value
3. Went for a short walk today as i'd done yoga. just round the block. OH and DS did a long walk over the fields. DS is only starting to realise that we are lucky to be on the edge of town and that there's lots of lovely walks available. He has lived here for all of his 21 years
4. OH cooked chicken in piri piri sauce, cabbage and bacon and broccoli. there wasn't much of it but we filled up with the remainder of the coca cola cake made the day before
5. Watched the end of The English Game...
Have a good Saturday folks - just to remind you what day it is...

Get well wishes for Frith
For yesterday,
Snap on the washing VJS, bed stripped washed and on the line just after breakfast, these Lighter mornings are very productive!
We had spare milk as Capt S gone off porridge so made a rice pudding and whilst that was baking rustled up a batch of bread dough, we are fast running out of strong flour but found a smashing recipe for soda bread using SR.
Cheese and beetroot salad for lunch.
Messaged pal at the yard so our arrivals were staggered, took my girlie for a walk / graze in-hand, have decided to curb any riding off yard complex as should the unthinkable happen would hate to burden NHS, so it’s just schooling and a gentle meander around the paddocks for the foreseeable. Waved to pal across field.
Tea was a tad uninspiring ( fish cakes ) but made up for it by melting a couple of squares of dark choc inside heated up rice pudding!
and just for DFV in tiny thanks for her ever epic posts here is a picture of small dog.

Frith hope you feel better soon.
LaineyT, what a cutie 😊 Thanks for the picture 👏
Missed pleasure - enormous bee in the house - didn’t panic, opened the window & 5 minutes later the bee left. Window closed 😞

BoP Not on Tour, Live +++
Would have been our last day looking at the cherry blossoms on the Mall. My FB colleague sent me a picture of the Japanese cherries from Japan! They are not in lock down there. Well this is Columbus circle outside of Union Station in Washington. Was a wet day or too there in September 18.
Now on with your version of Life of BoP!
Watched the amazoniona flix last night. Aeronauts. Very good film, even if it was a bit factional! Worth a look for the parishioners. Had wobbleades and cheese as well last evening.
Had snorker fest this day. It was the last of our w8r5 snorkers. Got to say, they are now classed by BoP as carp. WE had some snorkers from A!D1 and theys be far better. Mushrooms and toms, with poached egg! Wes found the eggs betta from A!D1 as well. Minds you, BoPsie does like her wine from there and she has found a nice one at only not many pennies. And pennies back into BoP's pocket is not in their greasy palms.
PM2DD Another blank Saturday. So I has bin looking at old games and the match on 14th August 1971 provides a good 1! Matt Tees our centre forward that year got a hat trick in the 4-1 win over the rusting iron from Scunthorpe. The season was good!
Just dotting around at the moment as we has enuff for the weak. No that is wrong BoP speek! No wes need to be strong. You see yous all doing BoP thing. Keep strong and we will gets through this. Lead by example, if someone writes something you disagree with, just move on. Don't waste your breath on them!
So to stay strong, don't let the forkers get you down!
When yous see two dogs barking, it does not stop, because nether dog wants the sound to end.
