Sunday pleasures,
Up early and the beef was in the SC by 7.30.
Bacon butties and catching up on all things Ambridge.
Getting over to the yard just as they were bringing the horses in so got girlie in from the field, kinda miss doing this now she is on livery but not the two journeys every day!
We had enough sunshine for the solar lights to be on for a couple of hours.
Last in series of Vera and it was a good one.0 -
Pleasures on Saturday were travelling to my favourite fabric shop in Glasgow with a friend. I bought wadding for a memory quilt I'm making for a friend of a friend. I also bought backing fabric to make a rag quilt. I saw these while in Australia last year and brought back some fabric so going to have a go making a pink one for nephew who's wife has just had a wee girl.
Sunday was a complete washout. After my long day travelling to son's on Friday then Glasgow on Saturday I was exhausted yesterday. Didn't do anything except doze, watch tv and knit. I did have one of the ys chicken kievs for dinner and it was delicious.
Planning to start memory quilt today xxDebt free - Mortgage free - Work free ( in that order)

Oh no, I’s Started!
DD I don’t minds paying taxman, but he has just placed himself on the list of wasted jobs as defined by BoP. Social Workers, Educationalists, Humane Remains and Softies. Now he has joined them! Not only last weak he robbed me blind, he again robbed me this morning. Fortunately I keep my money away from his prying eyes and stash it under the bed, so I can afford to waste my money on him. But he has taken this year’s allotment twice! He will get what for come FryDay I tells you. Keep reading BoP News for further info, he will lose! Got it! Please note, this is not financial advice, and if you do owe the taxman money, you are not robbing me, but robbing you neighbore.
Rite that is most of you lot upset then!

Bacon Butties. Proper food!
V Still not a happy Hector! Had usual over the weakened. Double snorker and best back on Saturday, with grilled toms, toms, mushrooms, buttered toast and poached egg. Poached egg was that nice, I doubled up yesterday!
4 Still not a happy Hector. Last day for dinner we had Toad in the Hole with proper snorkers, minted tatties, peas, and swede and carrot mash. I noted inn the emporium I could had gets me self ready swede and carrot thing, and ready mashed tates! Avoid, they are already a week old when they are on the shelf. Leave them on the shelf. In fact, BoP was inn emporium eve of SatDay to get some cheese and bits for SatNite. They had cheese on toast at £3.79, and two tatties, with two strings of chicken, two sweet tatties, all for £3.69. I got some mushrooms for Bitsers instead. Still have half of the mushrooms for tonight! Mind yous when watching manure, well not as I watched the cricket instead, it said they could deliver cheese on toast for £20 in time for … That is halfs of BoP’s weak shop! For cheese on toast. Avoid!
Minds yous, I foregets how good is swede and carrot mash! Now fors tea this night we is having Crab. I does wonder why!
3 Still not a happy Hector! Now as I did the shop better than the cheese on toast delivery thing, I gets me self a treat this weak! Proper treat. So todays lunch box has Rocky chocolate biscuit. Three digestives, (BoPsie went all sulky on the continued use of cakes of Jaffa!) I ask yous! Cheese of apple, orange, toms and cucumber. Snorker roll. Oranges in slime jelly, with trifle sponges! Rite tasty! And a bonus Fry Orange Cream. There, bet you wish your box for lunch was as good as BoPs! Whens I got the trifle sponges, BoPise thoughts I was going to do trifles this weak. Not. Minds you, emporiums trifles are over a £1 each. Again, avoid. Doubt the new trifle sponges will soften BoPs attitude with the taxman!
2 Nite BoP is at Dentist! It will hurt him! He’ll not be a happy Hector!
Having one today! Rites having one! I knows the taxman was stupid enough to rob me, see above and passim, but because BoP does not buy carp from the emporiums, he has money to spare to allow for his stupid mistake. I has red elsewhere on this forum about people avoiding their tax. Fiend of BoP manages holidays and carp things, but foregets his tax bill and maxed their card of no credit! Two years ago he had not money to pay him his dues in VAT. Fortunately he gets upset because he continues to fine him. He will be soon at the end of the taxmans tether and will ..
Sorry, but live in your means and then when the stupid taxman makes a mistake, you can ride it out and take it out on him! Putting it on other things does not make you rich, it hides your foolishness.
Note. BoP is on the Big Train again this weak going Norff!
On that, BoP is still not a happy Hector!

Please dig deep in your pockets and think of BoPsie. Although the stupid taxman has robbed BoP blind, this has affected BoPsie red wine lake. Unless BoPsie gets red wine, she is a little ...
Please send donations via the Gentleman cloak room at Victoria station soonest.
BoPs wobbleade fund is unaffected
Your appreciation in this matter is thanked.0 -

Hugs sue wait and see what specialist says and go from there. X
My back garden is like a furrowed field. All soil! The front garden has a look of Steptoe about it...all the garden furniture, a skip filled with turf. Neighbours necks stretching as they drive by!
Brightened into a pleasant enough day then got blooming cold around 4pm and pavements were all black ice when I walked down to next cul-de-sac to bring my car back.
Painted a bookcase for DD2. Was one I got a couple of months ago for free.
Painted 2 dining chairs white. They were extras a friend had given me about a year ago. They were upstairs in bedrooms and an orangey pine colour .
Painted my ensuite bathroom ...its amazing how you can be spurred when people are coming to stay!
Library bus came. Blether with library chap and had texted neighbour friend to say it was there so stood and blethered to her too.
Made 2 lasagnes. Had with salad and sweet corn.
Chap came and picked up big slabs. They are going to be used in a goat enclosure!
It's World Cancer Day. Check your bits and bobs! Be self aware ! And if you or someone you love are going through cancer be kind to yourself.0 -
